"Cornet, Cresswell, Zouma & Soucek arent players that are going to be any use in this managers team For those losing their minds over the Wolves game I see Villa got dicked 4-1 by Columbus Crew"

"Manuel 7:16 Sun Jul 28 Never saw it myself, but there is a story doing the social's that after D&R and Wolves, Lope has pulled Cornet and told him he is being sold."
Re: West Ham V Wolves
"Lads “we’re doomed I tell thee” My 10000 word diabtribe supporting this to follow but tge summary Soucek, Zouma, Cresswell, Coufal, Ings and Antonio too slow and/ or old for possession based football. Others like Cornet looking not good enough Striker, RB, CB, central midfielder minimum requirement or a tough first season for Loppy ahead"

Re: West Ham V Wolves
Last season we got absolutely marmalised at Leverkusen 5-0 …. and then got 10 points from our first 4 games Preseason is irrelevant… the biggest takeaway is that the manager is trying to adapt the players to play football. Will take time after the dismal Moyes anti football. Am expecting Kudus is going to explode this season in the final third instead of playing as auxiliary right back

"To be honest I don’t mind us losing in a training match if it adds some much needed urgency to getting players in Funny how our sales never seem to have this endless round of delays Get on with it As said Zouma is done , won’t pass a proper medical so imagine only retirement to Saudi is an option Also Soucek is not going to adapt to 30% possession to a game of keeping the ball"

Re: West Ham V Wolves
"This is classic Sullivan repeat ad finitum. Always wants the value of a signing, never ever puts the team or the manager first Always delays signings to get bargains...well in his warped crushed velvet mind"
Re: West Ham V Wolves
"Started this window with such optimism, new manager who wants us to actually have the ball, getting transfer business done early, linked with great players, nobody of note leaving the club etc. This is fucking evaporating very quickly now, still only three players in, two of which we vastly overpaid for and one third goalkeeper, getting mugged off left right and centre in the transfer market and big holes everywhere in the squad. Then, in a game you'd think Loppy would secretly be desperate to win getting turned over with ease by a team that will be bottom half next season. For fucks sake West Ham. Yes it's a friendly but fucking hell, can't we just be competent for one summer?"

One thing's for certain soucek cannot play in a lopetegui side . Looks like a fish out of water . Zouma is done at this level as well . Pre season is all about fitness nothing else . hopefully a couple of players will come through the door this week .

Re: West Ham V Wolves
Too early to panic but my worry would be why Wolves look so much better than us and they are mid table fodder you would think. I doubt we'll see Cornet again and the Brazilian kid needs to at least show something rather than looking like a lost schoolboy out there. A hell of a lot of work and thinking for Lop and the pearl diver to do. There simply has to be some movement this week.

"3-1 Wolves I know it's a meaningless game really but from what i saw, we got plenty to do if we are to get a European spot next season! Played well at times but still not looking too crash hot at the back especially. Its a 5/10 from me."

"Oh and Cornet, you could have your nan out there instead and she wouldn't be any less effective. Yes it's a friendly and we have players missing but we need to try to shift out these carthorses."
Re: West Ham V Wolves
"12pm UK time: Good Evening @WestHam and @Wolves fans!! @EverBankStadium is once again plagued with severe weather, to include lightning. The stadium is once again being placed in a ""Code Blue"" lockdown, and we are evacuating the bowl area to place fans in a safe environment. We would ask that those with the ability to shelter in their vehicles do so as the inclement weather is near. The match continues to be scheduled to be played. Please continue to follow us as we work through the weather and we will continue to update."
