As I understand it there are still no referees from London and the SE on the panel.
Lots of Northerners around 40 yo and as far as I know none admit to being Liverpool or Man Utd fans.

Regarding the referee in the Arsenal match it's not so much how bad a performance it's the inconsistencies that riles the fans.
I've said for years it's about time they introduced a few foreign refs just to liven the standard up.

Appalling decision to send off Rice. He didn't book Joao Pedro for a worse but similar offence earlier on. But lets be honest here that hypocrite Arsenal manager was shouting his mouth off about that one and showing his double standards and the Kraut at Brighton was the same. Lets also face it Chris Kavanagh is the worst referee in the PGMOL. He has double standards when it comes to southern teams.
