Re: George Earthy
He did have an injury early in the season so missed a few and the players in his position did ok
Our CEO is a Bristol City fan and has been impressed with him
Have a history of ALMOST making the playoffs but just falling short every time so he is very excited
Reckon I’m due a pay rise if Earthy gets them there

Re: George Earthy
Feet hasn't been to an actual West Ham game in his life, to actually support the club.
He just supports them on here, where no one associated with the club will ever know.

Oh and for the unhinged twoleftfeet anyone not rating a West Ham player isn't a spurs fan, most fans don't think every West Ham player is the best because we're not fucking 5 yrs old.
I don't see any problems with criticism of players and managers on forums. They are there for debate and discussion aren't they ? But I do think it's counter productive when certain players get booed and jeered, such as when Mavropanos came on recently against Bournemouth. That is out of order imo. I'm no fan of the big Greek but nobody playes badly or makes mistakes on purpose. Two of the biggest cunts in here, Fraser and this new cսnt.
I support our young players, that’s the difference.
Now Fuck off back to North London you bell ends.
You think discussing the individual merits of our players on a sparsely populated Internet forum isn't supporting them, you really are a thick cսnt. Oops sorry every player in our youth team is ace...

Re: George Earthy
Django,
Strange that you should say that.
Earthy has been starting more games and coming on for longer when a sub. This has coincidented with BC form,he's also started scoring due to this game time. He's influententing games and changing results.
He's quite similar to Bowen, probably a better passer at this stage. Bowen bulked up after his first season with us and then became the player we see today. At 19 I think Earthy is at a sightly more advanced stage than Bowen was,it's how he proceeds with everything. He's already come back from a few injuries.
I know I'll rather see him than any of the current midfield 3 and Soler. He can have a similar impact that McAtee has had at City. He could well make the u21's Euros this summer.

Re: George Earthy
I go to about 10 Bristol City games a year and follow them quite closely. He's definitely done better in recent games but he's still quite a long way off the premier league in my opinion. Some young playing in championship you can just sense are comfortably going to make the step up (thinking about Bristol City players Ive seen live recently - Semenyo and Alex Scott), they just look like they have more time on the ball than others, Earthy hasn't shown that too much as yet. I would love etc be wrong be wrong, and normally am.....

Re: George Earthy
I watched a bit of Earthy in his mid week game and have watched 3 of Potts games at Pompey this season ( my "Dodgy Dave Firestick" gets every televised game via some app and no annoying popups
). And my "old git blowing off on his sofa" view is that Earthy looks to have the better potential, at this juncture, to be a Premiership level player. Both are good footballers, I mean to make any professional level you have to be and they both look to be good at Championship level but the intensity, speed and physical demands of the Premiership are an enormous step up. However, Earthy really impressed me with his work out of possession, pressing relentlessly and at speed, as much as his abilities on the ball. Potts to me looked a bit one paced although a great passer and technician and a little bit lightweight in the same way Scarles has appeared to be in his last 2 games.
Things do change though and players do develop, bulk up etc but, as stated, IMHO Earthy is looking the most likely of all of them. Strange in some ways as he has only recently become a first 11 starter at Bristol City. And, of course, he might play in preseason and make my judgement look what it is.. that of an old twat sitting on his sofa all day

Sullivan has been cunted to high heavens from the moment he took over to the present day, with absolute vitrol. It'd be bizarre to suggest otherwise.
It's a West Ham website, so inevitably, there will also be discussion about the players and the managers. The owner is the core problem, but he's going nowhere. The manager, like the one before him, has badly underperformed, it's ok to point that out.

100% this.
They need minutes, and minutes will improve their game. Scarles got an education from Salah yesterday that will be invaluable for his development.

Re: George Earthy
Wils.
he'll be a part of our squad next season...another loan would be pointless .
he's at the age and experience now to sink or swim .
Same goes for Potts and Scarles.
They ain't kids no more..Potts is 21 .
The big advantage NOBLE and his pal CATWALK had was us being relegated.
They both thrived in the championship.. lording it over the likes of BLACKPOOL .

Re: George Earthy
My son was over QPR on Saturday and saw Earthy's goal. Was really putting himself about and coming on well apparently.
Will he come back for next season or is he expected to stay out on loan?
