West Ham Fans’ Petition - UpdateWe are pleased to report that the petition, which was launched by West Ham Fans, reached a significant milestone today when the 20,000th person signed their name in support of the campaign against the Club’s inflation busting ticket price rises and withdrawal of concessions.Hammers United contacted the supporter in question and were amazed to discover that this person, Mr Michael Law, is a season ticket holder in the Billy Bonds stand who still regularly attends games at the London Stadium, albeit with a little more difficulty than nearly 80 years ago when he first saw the Hammers run out at the Boleyn Ground in 1946.Mike, like many other fans spanning all generations, is appalled at the concession changes which he believes are contrary to what we all thought this club stood for - loyalty and respect. He is proud to be the 20,000 person to sign and says that “the Club should be ashamed that things have come to this.”In the meantime, correspondence between Hammers United and the Club Chairman, the Club Vice Chair, and senior members of the board of directors is ongoing, as is correspondence with MPs supporting the campaign. We will be updating you on these soon. Ticket prices and concessions were discussed with the Club at the Fan Advisory Board meeting of 11/9/24 and we will report back to our members as soon as possible. If you haven't already signed and shared the petition please use the link below and add your name to those fighting for the future of our fanbase. Thanks for your continued support and COYI.Hammers United Committee Petition against Season Ticket price rises and changes to concessions.
