Not under this manager they won't!
Imagine Kudus was just royally fucked off with the situation at the club and this was all that coming to the boil at the end of another heavy loss where we were a total shambles.

Re: Kudus ban extended to 5 games
Of course ot was playacting by Spurs players but they like many teams are coached to do it. The money in the game, hence stakes, are so high now that teams and coaches resort to any means to gain an advantage. A Sunday game doing what they did, their own team would turn on them. Kudus let his emotions get the better of him. He’s a young lad though but fell nicely into their trap. Just hope he learns from it. The 2 extra game ban could have been worse. The FA justvmake an example of anything that is even looks the slightest bit violent as a deterrent although like all these things the extent of the punishment can sometimes depend on who you play for and their wealth or it looks that way sometimes? . They will book you for making faces at players soon.
Kudus should be back for the new coaches first or second game?

Oh do behave. Guilherme hasn't got near the pitch for either of the games already served, why would the extra two be any different? Last season's Championship Player of the Year, Summerville, is the natural option because he plays in the position that Kudus has most often been occupying, but even he isn't getting a chance to 'step up'

I hate the modern game and these odious cnuts. I look forward to the return fixture in May when Totspurs require a win to qualify for European football next season. A fired up Kudus dishes out retribution!

it's absolute nonsense - none of them were hurt in the slightest.
You're right, it was. So when do these turnips get their hands slapped for blatant play acting/cheating as well.....

Re: Kudus ban extended to 5 games
Basically he got a red for the initial act of violent conduct and then technically committed two more acts of violent conduct so the two additional games are for the other acts of violent conduct.
It's very rare for a player to put his hands in the face of three separate players in one incident which is why it's rare for bans to get extended.
The press did not go to town on it, they covered it in match reports but no one went OTT in their coverage.
Based on the current laws he did commit three acts of violent conduct so it was inevitable that he'd get an extended ban and the fact the club isn't appealing indicates they know that according to current laws that the FA are correct.
Obviously in the big picture it's absolute nonsense - none of them were hurt in the slightest. But that's modern football.

Re: Kudus ban extended to 5 games
Mike Dean on TNT demanded he got banned for longer after the game as did their cսnt commentator... Was fuck all and three games was enough, but modern football and all that
Has anyone else been done similar?

Re: Kudus ban extended to 5 games
that may be the case but Kudos presented VDV with an opportunity to gain an advantage for his side.
i don’t like this aspect of modern football but our players have done exactly the same before.

Re: Kudus ban extended to 5 games
I know Kudus was stupid for making contact with the face of two players. You make it too easy for cheating prima donnas to roll around on the floor clutching their face. But, in reality, it was a slight push to the face with an open palm. Not clever, but certainly not violent. I’ve seen a lot worse go unpunished. But the media made a huge fuss about it and when that happens the authorities react accordingly.

Re: Kudus ban extended to 5 games
Not really. Everyone knows the rules of modern football and Kudus completely lost his head. Used his hands twice in the face of opposition players so he only has himself to blame for his conduct, regardless of the fakery of the Tottenham players.
The club should fine Kudus for misconduct.
