January Window
I don't often take notice of the windows, mainly because most of the players linked are paper-talk, ITK nonsense or fan speculation, however, there's lots of talk about unsettled players in the side, so we could see several players move on.
Soler, Fullkrug and Rodriques apparently haven't settled in London so I would imagine they'd be looking to move on. It's more difficult in Fullkrug's case as his injury doesn't seem to have a return date, which is a very typical thing to happen.
Apparently the player signing reigns will be taken out of the hands of Steitden, as the power hungry midget blames him for our failed season so far, not himself for employing someone completely until to manage in the PL, and the focus could be on Championship players. To be a little balanced, we have signed some very good players from the second division and it is a gold mine if you know what you're looking for.
Then there's Paqueta. He's having a stinker of a season and he should be moved on if we can, but I doubt there will be any takers until his case is resolved. Is there a confirmed date for his hearing?
More importantly, what do we need? A striker should be a top priority, even if it's a loan with an option to buy. The Big German might not be back again and Antonio is less a cart-horse and more a Jackass and reliably unreliable. Some pace in midfield to support Alvarez or Soucek and a new goalie. Fabianski as good as he is too old to start and Alfie Tits is shit, in my opinion.
I don't watch a great deal of neutral football anymore, so I'm not offering names, but for the TV scouts, bartsoolers and Football Manager aficionados, who's worth the club pursuing?

Re: January Window
Looking like we could be signing the Ajax lad Brian Brobbey.
Don't know much about him, but a loan deal (assume with an option to buy?) for a 22 year youngster seems like a decent deal?

Re: January Window
Who is brokering the deal for Banzuzi? Or who is his agent or the intermediaries? My money on Salthouse in there somewhere. Also why Sullivan is sabotaging any Angel Gomes deal for next summer on the free as, like the initial Duran deal, its via another 3rd party.

Shame for the likes of Orford and Potts though.
Just shows what the general consensus on Potts is.

What the fuck are you rambling on about man? You say there will be a couple in, couple out and then say nothing will change before now and June?? What do you think should happen then, spend another 150 mil like we did in the summer? Ridiculous fucking post that makes no sense, all because you are obsessed with Sullivan. Grow up.

Re: January Window
New West Ham boss Graham Potter is interested in signing Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Ben Chilwell from former club Chelsea Football Club.
(Source: TEAMtalk)
Ben Chilwell with his horrific medical track record?? Why the fuck would we be interested in him when he'll cost a bomb and more likely to be sat on an already crammed Physios bench. Emerson, Scarles and Cresswell is more than enough for us to see out the season, then take our time to find another younger, fit decent Left Back (also see Striker situation).
Dewsbury-Hall however I do like the sound of. Injury free and a good solid Midfielder. Hopefully they can get that deal done.

That said, he will have to sack Lop bevause a better more tactically flexible manager should be able to do better. But he wont employ the right man.
Moyes was as good as it gets with Sullivan at the helm it seems? How depressing
It is depressing.
And I get your point. Sullivan won't employ the right man. And we won't progress regardless of the coach. But we must not give up hope that he might employ a manager / coach that is suited to West Ham and has some modern ideas and approach. I mean, just because Sullivan is an odious cսnt of a man, doesn't mean we should always have to make do with our manager / coach.

So they went and got one in the first week of the window.
weve needed a #9 for months and are no nearer getting one.
surely even u get this.
Months?!
I make that years along with how long we've never another left back.

Re: January Window
Moyes had zero job offers post his Sunderland disaster, or after we let him go the first time. He’s also had none since. (Publicly known at least). That might go some way to explaining why he kissed Sullivan’s arse? He couldn’t believe his luck.
Allardyce was allowed to bring in his dream player in Nolan, plus a whole host of other average players that via this platform allowed him to push said players (or at least those not already registered) to his favoured agent, for a little side hustle. That should clear up why he let Sullivan run the club as he does.

Obviously not keen on how their teams played but neither comes across as someone who would take any crap from anyone and yet they both had a long period at the club despite Sullivan constantly dipping his oar in.
On the contrary, they both commented a few times that he was a good owner to work out, also don't recall any other ex-managers rubbishing him. Maybe he isn't like what we hear reported on here and elsewhere.
