Arsenal at Home 30.11.24 | Predictions & Lineup
So what do we think is going to happen this weekend?
I'm expecting a 3-1 loss, with Odegaard back for Arsenal and them largely at full strength.
Team to start as Newcastle. Anyone more optimistic on the result?

Fuck me, I've just realised Di Canio had his shorts on back to front that day too! Fucking crazy cսnt.
For me it's the Fireworks night dust-up between Arsene Whinger and Pardew, when Harewood scored a beautiful 1-touch build up winner right at the death in our 1st season back. Was in Chav Corner that day.
Fantastic memories, that season.

Great idea ferret son, I'd be more than happy to be banned, site is just full of wankers now. You'd still be stuck in your mum's basement though.

Disagree. To say you're not sure what is going to expect in football match is not just a figure of speech, it's a fucking stupid thing to say. How can anyone be sure what will happen, if we did we'd all be multi millionaires.
You're trying to hard to push your weight around on here.

Expecting us to lose (has nothing to do with Lop not being on the touchline though) just want us to be competitive and see a more of what we saw on Monday. Anything else will be a bonus. But want to see something that makes us feel positive about our upcoming fixtures.

Re: Arsenal at Home 30.11.24 | Predictions & Lineup
After Monday I am seriously looking forward to this.
It's certainly like Monday, head says we don't get much here, but heart is all for a win. Great thing is, it is not deranged to be hoping for a glorious win. I see plenty pointing out we lost this fixture 0-6 last season, but no comments of us turning them over 0-2 at their place!
Agree same team, but lets put that down. Hope Todibo passes late fitness test. But Mavropanas ain't that bad a replacement.
Fabianski
Wan Bissaka, Tidibo, Kilman, Emerson
Bowen, Paqueta, Soucek, Soler, Summerville
Antonio

Ok, so we haven't been all over the place this season then?
But your right, nothing in football, or in life for that matter is a sure thing.
Not sure what your point is apart from being a tad pedantic
but then im a thick cսnt so don't waste your time explaining......

Sydney - Why would anyone be sure what to expect in a game of football? What would be the point. Sorry, but you do come out with some thick shit.

Re: Arsenal at Home 30.11.24 | Predictions & Lineup
Not sure what to expect TBH?
Remember after we lost to Villa, then beat Palace away and early days but looked like Villa may have been a one off.....Was it fuck. LOL then the Ipswich 4-1 win, again you could have thought we look like finding ourselves and early season jitters behind us, then we beat ManU, but let's not kid ourselves we were as lucky as fuck to get 3 points.....Newcastle win was good though and we seemed well up for it, committed and playing like it really mattered, which it fucking well should!
I hope this time around after a win we put up a decent effort against a very good Arsenal side who have just hit 5 away from home in the CL, so my main priority is some progress from the Newcastle game, not the step back we saw from previous games after a win, the win here is obviously the priority and reckon we can get it, but let's not kid ourselves if we get a draw we should be happy against this lot.
Heart hopes for a sneaky 2-1 win, but more realistically would be happy with a hard fought 1-1, head hasn't got a fucking clue!!!!!!
Line up, well you would have to go with what started up at SJP baring anyone who got a knock or maybe out, so expect us to be pretty much unchanged and that trio of Soucek, Solar and Paqueta in the middle to hopefully shine again.

Re: Arsenal at Home 30.11.24 | Predictions & Lineup
Arsenal are a different proposition with Odegard and their recent bad run of form coincided with his absence. If we are honest its unlikely we are gonna get anything from this game but its more about showing that the improvements on Monday were not down to Newcastle’s complacency but us finally establishing a system of playing and sticking to it. Playing as a team and pressing, busting a gut all over the pitch. Like I say we may not get anything but at least make teams know they had a tough game. Most of us can accept that I think ?

They are. What I found interesting on Monday was I watched Newcastle convincingly beat Arsenal 2-0 themselves at home recently which made our result and performance up there even more impressive.

Same team, different result. Mind you I was wrong last time and will be happy to be wrong again.
Re: Arsenal at Home 30.11.24 | Predictions & Lineup
Hmmm, latest rumour is that Todibo will play and there's a picture of him training today? Mind games?
Anyway lets hope he's fully fit. He's still acclimatising to the Premiership but I think he will only get better ( Sir Alf places kiss of death on young frenchman).
