What is the most shit song you have heard fans singing at a match.

My vote goes to a song sung at Arsenal to the tune of Rule Britannia:
Good old Arsenal,
We're proud to sing that name.
While we sing this song,
We'll win the game.
Arsenal were playing in a big final, and because they didn't have a song. The Big Match had a competition for fans to write the words to Land of Hope and Glory. They were prevented from this by the Elgar Society, and in the absence of sufficient time, Jimmy Hill wrote the above songs lyrics.
The sad thing about this is that it is still being sung, as I heard it watching some Arsenal highlights last week.

Rogers and Hamerstein's You'll Never Walk Alone is great in the context of the musical Carousel, and when being sung by the cast and chorus. It is gut wrenchingly, fucking sickening when being sung by 50 odd thousand stinking, lowlife scouse cunts.

After we signed Nigel Reo Coker, I came up with a song for him to the Tune of "Rio" by Duran Duran
"His name is Rio but he's not a Ferdinand, he plays in midfield for the mighty West Ham"

This was before Malcolm Alison - Steve Kember was a key player for them If I remember correctly. Their old kit was mainly claret with thin blue lines.
Allison gave them a kit that mimicked one of the top European teams of the day and said that they were now known as "Super Eagles".
Think the Eagle bit came from the (yellow) emblem on their shirt which depicted, naturally, the Crystal Palace, but there was an eagle perched on it (for some reason I never found out (but may have been to do with the zoo there))

I recall "Glad All Over" being the Palace theme song from the late 60's/early 70's, when one of my uncles used to take me & my brother over to Selhurst Park.
What I remember more from there though, was the Crystal Palace Dolly Birds forming a line of honour to clap the players onto the pitch. They really were officially known as "Crystal Palace Dolly Birds" and from memory they were all as fit as fuck.
Don't remember the games much, but there were certainly stirrings afoot regarding the Dolly Birds, that much is sure.

By a fucking mile it's the mauled by the tigers song.
Of ours i always hated "we've got super david moyeeeess" boring song and i never thought the payet song scanned.
But what really grinds my gears is the we are west ham's claret and blue army (a song im fine with)... when it always amd i mean always in the billy bonds stand turns into a clap that speeds up and quickly peters out

He played for us, we sang it, he left, we never sang it again.
He came back as a coach, we sang it, he left in 2010 and we still sing it now.....
For me is sums up just how shit our support is these days, that we have to go back to songs like that.
the constant bubbles is embarrassing...compounded by being sung too fast.
Should be restricted to a couple of times each half like it used to be
