So we play wolves in the southern draw, even though wolves is 23 km further north than birmingham, who play in the northern?

At first I thought it was because they had to have an even number of Premier League clubs in each draw. But no, there are 11 PL teams in the draw, so why the fuck are Wolves in the Southern draw? What a load of shit.

Perhaps they just take the 20 (or whatever is half of who is in the draw) southernmost teams and group them together as the ‘southern’ half.
