I like an omelette, me.

One egg is un ouef

I like the omelettes you get in Thailand. Deep fried so you get the crunchy bits around the edges. Stuffed with pork. Eaten with rice and chilli sauce. 

more of a frittata person these days. Much more versatile and forgiving.

I like the look of that Çılbır Wills and will give it a go.

I'm quite fond of a Spanish omelette as tapas 

Flans  and Quiche ?

I'm a single egg crepe person. Use wholemeal flour mixed with corn flour and a little milk. For a filling ham shoulder and grated emmental.

The proprietor (Jimmy) was a larger than life greek Cypriot with a big moustache and curly perm who would greet all his punters personally and regale you with all the latest gossip and goods available at knock down prices 

His gutbuster omelettes were made with six eggs and a what seemed like a pound of cheese and come with a huge portion of chips whether you wanted them or not 

Tea was served in mugs as big as buckets with free top ups and if you failed to finish off your meal doggy bags were available with a few extra chips thrown. In for good measure

In the 18 months I worked nearby and visited this place I managed to pile on two stone but whenever i see an omelette on a menu now it always takes me back to the good old days at this gaff.

2 eggs is the optimum you fat fuck.

I find omelettes a bit strange.

I love eggs in virtually any form, but for some reason omelettes just don't do it for me. Might be the texture which is often a bit off putting?
