Ace Frehley may have played his last lick
Legendary Kiss guitarist apparently on life support but with a bleak prognosis.

My favourite Ace is Ace Kefford
Regardless, RIP Ace Frehley

This is a great example of why it's usually a bad idea to interview an entire band at the same time.
Even if they aren't clearly singing off different hymn sheets, band in-jokes and banter often take over to the detriment of the actual interview,

Always sad to see yet another one gone.
Although they never really meant much over here, I always admired the business-focussed creation of Kiss as the perfect band for a certain generation of Americans. The ideal blend of comic-book image and aura, and simple shout-along songs.
A massive number of American guitarists first picked the guitar up because of Ace. Completely different to the response you'd get to that question over here.
NB When one of these deaths happens, it does always make me think, how come all of Motley Crue and Guns N' Roses are still alive?

The death of Kiss.
Liked some of their stuff but much of it, like most American rock sounded like very loud elevator or shopping mall music to me.
However, RIP and thanks for the music you gave.
