A whole bunch of Yankee Bands are covering Slade songs - so I have taken to listening to the originals - better than Quiet Riot Also going to see the B-52s a real feel good memory jogger for me. Loved them at College - have been listening to them as well. Real Retro listening in my car currently

I have also been listening to the Disturbed version of the classic Simon and Garfunkel - Sound of Silence. If you haven't heard it - it is F***ing Awesome. So much more menacing than the original....which given the subject - should be shouted from the rooftops.
