Re: The Os

Strangely, when we played them in the FA cup the barriers on their terraces in the away end at least were painted claret and blue. I think West Ham must have donated the paint to them. Presumably to save them some money. It wasn't done just for that match.

Re: Potter Out

I wanted Potter as I thought he was level headed and offered decent hope as a longish term solution. In reality we have been no better off than we would have been with Lop. In some ways I warmed to Lop more and wanted him to do well. All in all, we are under-achieving shockingly with some significan...

The first penalty should never have been given as Paqueta would have headed the ball if he hadn't been blatantly fouled. The second wouldn...

Re: Lopetegui

Now, if Lizz Truss had chosen to be a football manager, it would look something like this. Doing random things that aren't going to work (also see Labour Party as an example).

Re: Lopetegui

I want him to succeed and I see some hope that overall we are better generally. There have only been a couple of strange tactical decisions. Playing seasons players in the first game in preference to the new signings wasn't a great idea. Putting Alvarez in the back line against Chelsea lost us the g...
