Zouma Failed Medical
Zouma Failed Medical
Not really a surprise is it. Can't bend his legs. I can't imagine it was a very long medical. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/ckg20z8170vo

Re: Zouma Failed Medical
Is Zouma due a testimonial? If he is then the club can at least get the fans to cough up some of the money to fund his pay-off.

Re: Zouma Failed Medical
If he cant pass a medical to play walking beach football in Saudi then he obviously isnt up to Premier league football Obviously we have told him to find another club so if he cant do that then he should retire Either way we need his wages off our books and a replacement with two working legs in

"Huffers 12:04 Tue Aug 13 ''Even as he is, he’s better than The Acropolis and The Moroccan Kitten'' Agreed. I've said I wouldn't be against Zouma staying, primarily because he is still better than the aforementioned disasters."
Re: Zouma Failed Medical
He's a remarkably good player for someone so clearly in physical difficulty. But what's between his ears can only compensate so much for what's between his thighs and shins. If he can communicate what's between his ears he might make a good coach.

"I take your point, but I suspect that the insurers might point out the 39 games he played for us last season - his most by seven over his other two seasons, I was surprised to read ;)"

Re: Zouma Failed Medical
They can't make him retire - especially as he can clearly still play. I reckon we'll release him and he'll join them anyway. His knees can't have been a surprise to them.

I'm pretty sure steitden knows what he's doing. He'll end up going on a pay as you play deal .

"Well, at least he's only got one year left on his contract so it's not a disaster and it's never harmful to have an extra body in case of injuries. However I wonder if anyone would be prepared to take him on loan for the season? Might find a taker to get a portion of his wages off the books at least."

He runs like he's on stilts. Not surprised in the least that he failed the medical.
