"anyone who's been watching him since Christmas definitely needs their eyes tested, considering he played 13 minutes from the 28th December until 26th February. We won 0 out of 8 games in that time, by the way."

"Course Man City won't pay £85M for him, anyone watching him since Christmas needs their eyesight checked if they think he is worth £85M If they trigger the release clause, rip their arm off take the money and run"

"Paq, on his day, is quality, no doubt about that. And a decent manager playing him in his best position will reap the rewards. My worry is that Man City won't pay the £85 million that triggers his release clause and we end up with an unhappy player. Another reason that Moyes has to go."

"Personally, and this is just me, I prefer my creative midfield players to pass to a team mate ad not the opposition, like I say, that is just me though. An interesting school of thought that it's Moyes fault that he keeps giving the ball away and is always falling over. Is this fella is worth 85 mil, lol, then Palmer must be worth 200 up."

When fans begin to turn on Paqueta is when you know it's gone way too far with Moyes managing to brainwash our fanbase into believing Paqueta is now the issue here. Moyes footballing philosophy would make even a prime Maradona turn into a bumbling Sunday League pub player with about as much enthusiasm as Matty Etherington having to pay back all his gambling debts.

There’s a kind of fan who likes to dig players like Paqueta out whenever he puts a foot wrong. Kind of fellow who doesn’t stand their round or lets their amstaff savage a badger on the common.

"Attitude, diving and bookings aside I noticed the other day that he was literally trying to thread a pass through the eye of a needle at times. Maybe frustration, maybe being a show pony, but it did show the absolute lack of movement and options that he had, no wonder he is frustrated."

Tell a Brazilian international to not have the ball for 18 months and then when he does to do something magic with it will eventually turn them into what Paqueta has turned into......you can easily pin point that Paqueta is our outlet.....frustrate him and you then have to hope Kudus goes on one of his runs.......

"Called it the other week that £85M for him would be great business for us and after yesterday i'd piggy back him up there myself Loses the ball constantly, must of tried an impossible through ball on the edge of their box 5 or 6 times.... all were shit. Fulham have one of the tallest and biggest CB pairings in the league Paq keeps trying to cross it on 5ft 8 Danny Ings head. Dives too much, fouls too much, too many bookings And all that for a return of 3 league goals this season He can be superb, but its one in 5 or 6 games at best last few months. £85M take it and run, thats 2 Kudus' we can sign its a no brainer"

"Nobody is exempt from any blame and Paqueta is no different. He was a booking away from being suspended for the home leg against Leverkusen on Thursday and proceeded to put in a ridiculous challenge, which could have been seen as a red by some. His attitude has been poor over the last couple of games, and that’s on him."

Can understand the lure of the money & the guaranteed medals at Man City is hard to resist Getting away from the turgid football of Moyes is just a bonus Will need to improve his sloppiness to get in Peps team but playing with their fantastic players will make life easier We need City to trigger the buyout on July 1 which means they cough up all the £85m on that day Hopefully in conjunction with the new manager Steidten has picked replacements are lined up

"He just looks massively frustrated to me. I’d be pissed off if I was constantly playing out of position, constantly without the ball defending my own 18 yard box, and on the rare occasion I get the ball I’m under constant pressure with zero forward passing options. Let’s be honest, his season is over and he wants the move to Man City (who wouldn’t?)."

"Apart from the keepers, name me one player that is consistently playing well for us? Our keepers are 9/10 pretty much every week, both of them, they are both absolutely top draw. Can you imagine if even one of them was just decent? We'd be in a relegation battle for the 2nd season running with even a decent keeper, let alone an average one. This thing of blaming Paqueta after the latest lackluster team performance is really, really fucking odd. As I've said previously, that is what this lifeless, soul destroying, football hating manager has done to this football club, he's made the fans turn on a player that would once be celebrated for trying to play FOOTBALL the right way. Because we're so fucking SHIT at playing with the football, the best footballer in the team is being made the scapegoat. Fucking shameful."

"judging a player like paqueta after two seasons playing under david moyes, who seems to finally be experiencing some level of frustration and fatigue after wiping up after the incontinent jock all season, is like judging an F1 car for its unsuitability when considering a vehicle to harvest nine hectares of rapeseed."
