"Yup agree Bowen should have done enough. I also like the fact that he doesn’t hide for England either. He tries stuff even if it doesn’t come off, which it didn’t a few times the other night. He did get into some great positions and never stopped making his runs. One superb cross/pass in the second half. I did think a few of the other players were playing a little more for themselves than the team and that didn’t help him either."

Don’t think it’s been announced so much as leaked/reported. Whether it’s the player chucking a wobbler or something else. I’m sure Southgate hasn’t told everyone yet or he’s shooting himself well in the foot ahead of Friday- and we’d know all the names. However it’s not really a loss he’s not going.
