"Erm... the commitment was to Murray, not to the tournament Anyway, it'll be someone else's fault. It always is. I used to think she was poorly advised. Fancy sacking her coach immediately after winning a grand slam? Now I just think she a bit of a cսnt"

"Not sure mixed doubles is a serious commitment It’s a tennis club game & not sure anyone could name the holders of the grand slam titles She is injury prone but no one knows the state of her wrists after surgery Suspect she thought she wouldn’t last in singles , definitely not to the 4th round Beaten by a novice Kiwi which sums up women’s tennis Didn’t know they played tennis in New Zealand"

"We're all aware of her surgery. She's fit now. Although given that she has health anxiety I'm sure it won't be long before something else rears it's head. As I say, if there was the remotest chance she wouldn't follow through on her serious commitment she should never have made it. Anyhow... she's out now, as you say the moaning Canadian/Chinese/Romanian tart"

She had wrist & ankle surgery a while back Understand she had pain in both wrists due to bone spurs As said she won a couple of rounds & the draw opened up with seeds going out so she has decided to focus just on the singles & not aggravate an injury by playing more matches Utterly sensible by the Canadian / Romanian / Chinese player

"Fauxstralian 8:14 Sun Jul 7 Oh, I see. Understand now Anyhow, has she fuck been having a problem with her wrist. She claimed it was stiff. So I assume she didn't practise yesterday? It's par for the course with her. If she loses this match she'll claim an injury of some sort and probably sack her 5th coach in 5 years. I find it too hard to like her and if there was even the slightest chance she'd pull out she shouldn't have accepted his invitation"

C of G had stated that Raducano had pulled out of the doubles rather than the mixed doubles She has had an issue with her wrist and with her singles draw opening up (no seeded opponent until the semi) she quite rightly binned the mixed. Murray had his doubles farewell so no problem Not quite sure why the men’s no1 seed has been shunted to court 1 to allow two unseeded women on centre court though Playing on Sunday to make up for rain delays Could always start all courts at 11am every day instead of the later 1.30pm on the show courts

I see Raducanu has drawn a line under Andy Murray's Wimbledon career by withdrawing from the mixed double. Hope she gets battered next round

Was reading that Emma Southgate-Raducano can now get all the way to the semi final without playing a seeded player Norrie first up on centre court v the 4th seed Zverev Djokovic scheduled for the third match
