As said by other posters he should have gone to a div 1 or 2 club and at 19 years of age should now be playing regularly

It's hard for all young lads to make it as pros but he won't do that by having himself removed from a loan because he can't displace any of West Brom's strikers. I know that it's a new theory for us at WH where we are used to not having a back up striker. Or even a striker worthy of the name. Some managers other than Moyes, have young loans in case of injuries or to throw on for a late goal. Not to further the career of an unproven player. Marshall needs to bang one or two in when the moment arrives and not to get withdrawn...."

Erm... I'm confused. I'm always hearing about players being recalled early from loans spells due to lack of playing time and didn't you say early terminations are possible but only after 28 days?

I honestly don't think anyone would have criticised a move to a League 1 side. Most of us remember Defoe's exploits at Bournemouth (think it was actually 9 in a row) and we saw what Marshall could do against men at that level in the EFL Trophy or whatever it's called. They should be on the blower now imho
