Man bags
"What’s with these things, don’t us blokes have pockets to put things in anymore? Trend seems to have been started by footballers, you watch any footage of players arriving at grounds etc, they all have one, usually a designer brand. Bloke I know has started carrying one, he’s not left footed either, says it’s really handy and can carry all his bits and bobs, WTF?"

Re: Man bags
Handkerchief! Surely a packet of tissues would be more hygienic! And given what else you carry around I’m guessing a quick clean up maybe required….. Not sure I would want to be blowing my nose into a hanky that’s been “used”
Re: Man bags
"I get Mrs Gaffer to carry owt extra I need, but when I’m on my own have often thought one might be useful, reading glasses, phone, wallet, dog poo bags, dog treats, my medicine, blooming heck think I’d better get a suitcase for it all."

Re: Man bags
I use one in Thailand. When the rains come I can pack up the contents of my mud hut and just move on.
Re: Man bags
"I had to use a small Berghaus one in Thailand for a couple of weeks (till the Mrs arrived to carry my stuff) Phone, key card, bank cards and cash... Only carry a phone at home, the extra shit threw me, especially the change I had to carry to use the bog."

Re: Man bags
"In this day and age though all you need when you leave home is your phone, cash and loose change is all but a thing of the past, don’t need a wallet, cards and driving licence you can loaded and used on the phone, you pretty much don’t need a watch either! The only time I carry anything else is if I’m getting a train etc or know I will be waiting or hanging around so take some ear buds to listen to music or a podcast. So the need even for pockets is minimal, just what do blokes carry on these man bags?"
