"Fifth the men in women's prisons thing is bloody so obviously men trying it on to get into a womens prison, snd in some cases risking women's safety no doubt. There is a way around this though. If a man is claiming (after being imprisoned) that he all of a sudden identifies as female then he has to identify as a woman in a male prison for two years and cannot enter a female prison until.he was post op and therefore medically speaking a female. The idea of losing his meat n two veg would certainly prevent a bloke seeking to harm women think twice, and only the toughest of actual trans men would get through living as a female for 2 years in a male prison.
