If a man is claiming (after being imprisoned) that he all of a sudden identifies as female then he has to identify as a woman in a male prison for two years and cannot enter a female prison until.he was post op and therefore medically speaking a female. The idea of losing his meat n two veg would certainly prevent a bloke seeking to harm women think twice, and only the toughest of actual trans men would get through living as a female for 2 years in a male prison. Still of tbe mind that this is just a distraction though. ..and doesn't recognise the shit that many trrans people have to deal.with. That said if someone identifying as female but not yet female should deffo not be allowed into certain female spaces that is common sense. Eg women's refuges . There are issues to be addressed clearly but that can be done without denying rights. I mean I'd hope you'd not think that just because someone is transitioning they should be discriminated against for jobs or housing or just being afforded the same protection under the law as you or I do not to be harassed or attacked?"
