Fifth being protected from.discrimination in the law doesn't mean you don't face discrimination. You just face the challenge of having to.prove you were discriminated against. Plenty of groups with protected status face similar challenges i think.we both know that..

O1BB This is already happening in the UK, if a bloke who says he's a man (on arrest) claims to be a women then he is recorded in crime statistics as being a woman. The number of reported rapes committed by women in the UK has gone up exponentially in the last decade. Technically if a woman 'assists' a man rape someone then she's deemed to have committed the offence. However, that used to be rare as hen's teeth. Now there are multiple records of women raping people. These stats are then used by trans lobby as example that woman are somehow as much as threat as men in terms of sexual offences when actually 99% of sexual offences are committed by men. It's insane. Slightly going back on topic (which has been raised here)... in Spain they very recently passed a law which basically meant that blokes who say they are women have to be treated as women in all circumstances and it's hate speech to say they're not or to bar them from female spaces. That is a danger to women and was passed by the left wing government. The left (I mean political parties) think anyone in the population who disagrees with them on this is a bigot. And then they lose close elections. The Spanish left can't complain about the right closing gender department when it basically just abolished the concept of sex in law. Twats.
