Surf what you seem.to.forget in all.this is that the elderly are probably the biggest users of the NHS most might even remember a time without it when affording a doctor appointment was beyond them The US insurance based healthcare system. leaves many without cover or only.partially covered and thousands go.bsnkrupt yearly trying g to.afford basic medicines If you'd be happy with that then maybe it's your values that are at odds with British ones...pretty sure you'd be welcome over there though. The biggest problem with a free at the point of delivery system is that it does not encourage healthy minded behaviours from many in society. I would much prefer a system that rewards the healthy minded. I constantly have conversations with fat cunts who want to have their cake and eat it and ask for the way in which that might be achieved. Stop eating the fucking cake as much is not the simple answer they like to hear.
