"I agree with Mr Anon. There was one episode that sticks with me, regarding the cold ruthlessness of Logan: Kendal did something to undermine Logan. Logan broods on this. He tells Kendal he's going to visit the family of 'the boy waiter who died' and insists Kendal comes along with him. Just pure venom towards his own son. Instantly takes the uppity and cocksure Kendal down several pegs."

"Succession is good, it can be very good, but fuck me the full hour episodes seem like a lifetime sometimes. I've got one lefy, which is 90 mins long, be glad when its done. Most stuff is garbage these days, so I am very particular in what I spend hours upon hours watching. I wouldn't watch shit like Silo if somebody paid me."

OK so I’m into 3 episodes of Succession. OK so far but not exactly blowing my mind either. I decided to keep watching Silo but it had better speed up.

"Now, I love Sly Stallone. As a fifteen year old kid I watched Rocky in the cinema six times in three days, then went on to watch it a dozen or more times over the next few months. And I loved Rambo just as much. But my God, At Home with the Stallone's (a reality show) is a fucking car crash. He has hot daughters though, so Swiss will be all over it."

"Irvine Welsh's Crime was really good on ITVx if you like your cop dramas gritty with black humour but if you like Midsummer Murders, don't think it will be for you."

"I started Colin about 6 or 7 weeks ago and still got 3 eps to go. It's fucking awful, but just about watchable. A couple of decent milfs knocking around."

Colin from accounts feels like a sitcom from about 20 years ago. Its full of tired tropes and alternative comedy pastiche. Maybe the Ausies just discovered this stuff?

"collyrob 10:38 Yup- that was a superb scene. This series has been fantastic, and it's got even better since 'the event' in ep 3 as well with the kids vs Matsson and each other. Really hope the last three eps carry it on and the conclusion doesn't disappoint."

"Alfs 12:15 Thu May 11 I know what you mean. The Silo looks like it should, but they didn't make enough of how long it takes to get from the ""down deep"" to the ""up top"" (took a full day walking - the Silo is that big). Hugh Howey (guy who wrote the books) is an executive producer, so hopefully he doesn't let them mess with it too much."

"Just finished Daisy Jones and the six, thought it was really good. It's meant to be dort of based on Fleetwood Mac but l think the real Fleetwood Mac were a lot wilder. Apparently the actress who plays Daisy Jones is Elvis's grand daughter and she is very good. I presume her character was based on Stevie Nicks."
