"That line up was superb, at the top of their game and obviously loved every minute on stage. I have been in a couple of very good (in my opinion) bands and there is nothing like the feeling when you all know it is clicking. You don't even have to think about it. I used to enjoy it so much that I'd forget where we were as I was almost too busy listening to the music."

"was still in school during their best years but that clip you shared, love the bit when barriemore barlow (drummer) fills in on the flute. like rush, they really enjoyed performing and that enjoyment was infectious"

"Same here. I was young, spotty and immersed in punk at the time and only got into them (and I still love them - It helps that Ian Anderson has has the same vocal range as me from an enjoyment point of view, poor neighbours) later. Bursting Out is one of the definitive live albums. Absolutely brilliant start to finish. Up there with Space Ritual and It's Alive!"

"Troy. As you now know,BTR consists of 8 tracks,4 of which are absolute epics,a true masterpiece and my 2nd favourite album ever. Check out the 'wings on wheels' video (you tube),its about the making of the album. And yes,i'm a bit of a fan. Close to the edge. Yes."

"Bungo they've been around for a few years now with the new fella. Dipped in and out but for me it's not the same. Layne had a sort of aura about him. You've still got Cantrell there so the sound and vibe is quite similar, but I dunno, something missing for me. Still not too shabby though compared to a lot of other stuff."

"Bungo 6:47 Yep, Jerry Cantrell. Think they've had 3 albums out since LS died. Haven't heard any, but am now tempted to give them a try."

"White Pony 9:36 Christ, it's been years since I listened to that! Just put it on - the daughter asked if it's Nirvana? Fucking un-educated yoof of today. Actually think it's got better with age as I seem to remember feeling a bit dissapointed with it when it first came out. Quite like the laid-back feel to it, and yeah, Nutshell's quality. Manic Street Preachers - The Holy Bible"
