It's got a bit of a Saturday Night Wrist vibe at the moment, which is a good thing. I agree about the radio interludes on SFTD to an extent but I do feel it adds to the unique atmosphere of that record. It's a one-off. Lullabies is equally as good, for me."

"MMG are you talking about QOTSA's early stuff there mate? I absolutely love it. Their self titled is excellent and How to Handle a Rope is one of my favourite songs. Rated R was also excellent. For me, they then had a real purple patch with SFTD, Lullabies and Era Vulgaris. I've found everything since then massively dull, although I want to love each release, I find them instantly forgettable these days. Different strokes and all that. Heard the new deftones track? I'm not sure about it yet."
