Re: What if anything are you listening to now?
"Dug out the vinyl last night to have a go on a set of Urban Ears that Mrs P gave me for Christmas to replace my twenty-year-old Sony's. First listen was Fanny, which I bought in 1970. Bullfrog, Ain't that Peculiar, Charity Ball and Badge came and went. The kitchen suitably damaged, Mrs P went wide-eyed at a sudden excess of false youth and retreated to bed with a book, which left the dogs and cat stuck in the corner in tears. Best evening for a while, to be fair. I may or may not have finished a bottle Christmas cheer as well. Someone did, anyway."

"At this time of year, I always make a point of listening to Famous Blue Raincoat, and it without fail gives me a lump in the throat. RIP Len. *raises glass*"

I was born on Christmas day - Saint Etienne (with Tim Burgess). A rare Xmas treat. Tim really should get a gong for his 'Tim's Listening Party' on twitter. A bright light in a tough year.
