"Fuck All. My Media Player (Volumio) has just fucking died and is showing absolutely no interest in playing the game. NOT for the first time, I may add. Looks like I need to go back to Kodi on the 2nd Raspberry Pi; trouble is, rebuilding the playlist takes 4/5 days. Good thing I can still whistle..."

"it's interesting listening to tony about his brief time witntull, and how anderson's professionalism/hard work inspired him & changed the trajectory of sabbath"
Re: What if anything are you listening to now?
"I love a bit of Tull. Bursting Out is one of the great live albums. My vocal range is identical to Ian Anderson's and I annoyed housemates belting out stuff like My God, Songs from the wood and Aqualung."

"You liking it, Exeter? I looking into seeing him and Warren Ellis later this year. £95 for a restricted view ticket. I think I'll be giving it a miss."

Re: What if anything are you listening to now?
"Swiss. 11:44 Wed Jul 28 The first time I became aware of Slipknot, was at Wembley Arena waiting for Black Stone Cherry (I think) to come on. There were the usual range of fairly standard songs being played through the PA, then Psychosocial started. You could feel the energy shoot through the crowd as everyone one suddenly went from 'standby' mode to full-on 'up for it' mode. I don't think I've ever felt a reaction like that to a pre-gig song being played except perhaps Doctor Doctor at Maiden shows, but that's because everyone there knows what that means."
