"We've scored 12 goals in 14 league games. I could be wrong, but I don't think a centre back is going to dramatically change our season."

Re: Moyes Out
I think they'll wait until Agured is fit. Hopefully he can push the back 4 up 15 yards. We defend deep due to a lack of pace at the back.. Then theoretically the gaps shouldn't be big from back to front.

Re: Moyes Out
Anyone else looking at Newcastle and thinking we missed our chance when Howe was sitting there on the sidelines?

Re: Moyes Out
"AOI, I disagree and I couldn't give a shit who bought them. I'm convinced he never bought half of the players in the summer too. anderson's been a regular in lazio's team the last two seasons, haller did so well at ajax that he got a move to dortmund, vlasic has shone in torino and kral has played well for the german side he's at. he's turned a bright positive player like fornals in to a dour workhorse. there's no defending the bloke now, and he's going down the exact same route again where it'll be him or the new players and it's not sustainable for any club to keep choosing the second option"

Re: Moyes Out
"People laughed at me when I said early doors that we are in a relegation battle, but here we are. 14 point from 14 games, having lost over half our league games already this season. Who's laughing now? Aston Villa have just binned off a failing manager and appointed a proven, trophy winning, top class manager. Brighton replaced their manager with an up and coming, hungry manager. Meanwhile the cautious cretins running our club will leave the cautious cretin of a manager in place while we slide inevitably towards relegation under him. They are far too reactive and far too little proactive when it comes to binning off failing managers as they trot out the ""loyalty"" line. Moyes is a loser. Has won the square root of fuck all on all his years as a manager and deserves no loyalty. We have to move on from losers like him and get in the best manager available to replace this dullard, jock dinosaur."
Re: Moyes Out
What has happened to our set pieces. Our main strength has gone backwards. That must be a coaching thing.

Re: Moyes Out
"Takashi, you can't blame Moyes for the failures of Haller and Anderson. He didn't buy 'em. Besides Anderson has done fuck all since leaving and Haller is doing just about ok in the little league of Holland. But he can be blamed for the failure to integrate successfully either Scamacca or Paqueta, both of who seem to be looking very disinterested to me. Disastrously they seem to be emulating the failures of the other pair under Moyes. To spend nearly £100 million on two players and fail to get them playing anywhere near the level you'd expect for that kind of outlay and at the same time see the team heading toward relegation is surely a sackable offence. Since Pearce and Irvine left our form has been abysmal and it seems crystal clear that Moyes and Nolan haven't got a clue how to arrest this decline. In 60 years I've seen this situation all too often and rarely does it pay off to give a failing manager more time to correct matters. The board must bite the bullet and dump Moyes and Nolan before the WC. At least that gives them a bit of time to find a replacement."

"Who gives a monkeys cսnt if we beat Blackburn in the week. Fucking games irrelevant, 180 m spent and we're staring a relegation battle down the throat. The cups will be taking a back seat."

Re: Moyes Out
"I've been cool with Moyes but he's taking the piss now. I'm fed up with it. The stubbornness of it all. What is he trying to prove? Who is he trying to prove this shit to? He's gone all ""Wenger""ùwithout the trophy cabinet to back it up. There is NO style of football you can maintain forever. People find you out. Players remember how to play against you. People have fucking videos of everything your team has done. It's not a mystery. So why persist in the same shit? I'm baffled. Also, what happened to meritocracy in the team? Fornals had a great game mid week, why isn't he starting? Why is soucek unstoppable? Why is it now we know Bowen might as well be Daniel Day Lewis with his fucking left foot! Where is his right fucking foot? Might as well saw it off""¶ it's useless. Moyes isn't going anywhere I know. He may even win the europa thing. But you can't have the Brazilian 1st team playmaker and the Italian main striker and put in shit like that. You just can't. It's embarrassing. And the questions will be asked and you have to fucking answer them. It's that simple. No more free lunches out here. You've spent your credit in this league. When the fans turn against you it's done. So. Whatever you have to do. Play the kids, drop people, whatever""¶ no more loyalty to anyone because all those same players will still have jobs and you'll be sacked. So it's them or you Moyes. And it's looking like you right now."

Re: Moyes Out
"""òThe Players were Very Very Poor Today, can't blame a Manager for that.' If that is the case, you can't praise a manager when the players are good either. The reality is all clubs performances are based on results, and it's a lot less costly to replace a failing manager than spend fortunes replacing players over and over. Moyes said he only wanted to spend on players that improve the team. He has unquestionably failed the meet that results wise, and it looks far more because of him than the talent he bought."

Re: Moyes Out
"this credit in the bank stuff is bollocks. the players he's brought in can't play to his medieval philosophy, and either they get rid of the cսnt now and employ someone that can get the best out of them or see a repeat of the haller/anderson scenario and lose tens of millions again because of his ineptitude"
