"I think there was a fair argument for him to go in the summer though unrealistic. What gets me is this shit I've seen from some fans about ""òcredit in the bank' cos of a fucking semi final & 2 decent league finishes, I'm sure that's what the owners are thinking."

"I thought they'd give him the Leeds game. Sad thing is, I think we'll nick a result against them, and long term it really isn't a good thing. Lose against Leeds, and I do think they'll sack him. They will have to."

"Whatever way you look at it it's very depressing, keeping him is depressing, and now we have missed the boat in getting anyone top drawer in we are going to end up with a firefighter type of gaffer. I think the best we can hope for now is someone like Parker, imo. If they are playing the silly lets give him another game, two games, then that never works. It's hard to know what they are thinking right now by keeping him unless it is a financial thing, coupled with maybe selling up, or maybe they feel some kind of loyalty towards him after ''the last 2 years''"

"Fraser, those of us who called for him to go in May were just mocked and abused for being negative. There is only 1 negative around the club moyes lovers and it is the poison who you all worship and would die for. He simply must go today or we are in the championship. Sadly I fear its already too late as a lot of us warned"

I also really wonder whether Irvine and Pearce were more important than the additional players he's brought in? Ferguson always had great no.2's. That's what ended up making him so successful. Someone to challenge your ideas and also communicate to the players well. Maybe that's all this is. When did Irvine go?

Steinberg says he's staying then you can take that as gospel. It'll take fan action or a hammering at Leeds to change anything.

"Should have been sacked in May. The rot set in last January with his refusal or inability to bolster the squad. Our form since then has been horrendous. I was concerned that it would carry on into this season, ir has and has got worse."

Let's be honest we have completely wasted 6 weeks of no football where a new manager had time to come in and bed in If we go down I blame the board for this ridiculous decision as I will the crap football we are playing under Moyes

They stand to lose a lot more money if we're relegated. Sullivan sees sticking by managers as some kind of badge of honour.

Any other team in the league he's gone. Boss is a Wolves fan he can't believe we are sticking with him. Our board are spineless.

I would take Hasenhuttl ex Saints. I think he is realistic as well and has experience in a relegation fight.

"Romford, that would be the Sullivan strategy. Things are imploding but it's all down to money. West ham need new owners and a new manager. We will be a mess as long as one of them are around. When Moyes isn't sacked already, what's the point of sacking him at all? I really fear for the outcome of the incompetence"

"Nick My thoughts exactly This season is going the same way like it did under Grant. Some flash in the pan performances where it looks like we are about to turn the corner and then bang, 3-4 games on the spin where we look completely devoid of ideas. Difference being that Grant didn't have £180 million worth of summer recruits behind him. Gold and Sully believed Grant would and could turn it around and ultimately didn't. They are letting history repeat itself with Moyes and like I've said before they cannot be blamed for the team performances this season but the blame will solely be at their door if they continue to think Moyes can get us out of trouble and we ultimately go down. Doesn't matter how much you spend, spending money doesn't guarantee anything."

Isn't there a clause in our contracts if we are bottom 3 after a we have played a certain amount of games there is reduced compo Wouldn't surprise me to see results today or wait till we are bottom 3 (won't be ok g) then he is gone

He's fucking lost. He clearly doesn't know what to do. Regardless though the results in the last 30 games is atrocious so for that reason alone he should be sacked. It feels all a bit Abram Grant

"""whoever comes in has too demand money for full backs"" Hahahahaha Do you seriously think ANY prospective manager should we get rid of Moyes would do this? FFS... Personally the squad on paper (including full backs) looks ok, its just the way they are being sent out to play and motivated and lack of game plan or having to change things up. I doubt they will get rid of him just yet, as much as i think its inevitable, they will clutch at straws until we lose a few more, but hope im wrong!!"

"I don't expect him gone any time soon, you'd have heard rumours but all we've heard is he has their backing. They missed a unique opportunity with the WC break and they absolutely bottled it the fucking useless cunts."
