Re: Moyes Out
"It's a bit ""òweird' that only Arsenal have put more than 2 past us all season, so far. May suggest if/whoever comes in it won't take too much tweaking to sort the team out. Just a positive motivational speech may go someway to do the fucking job. And an attacking plan may help as well, they look lost and clueless."

Re: Moyes Out
I enjoyed Stubbo's post Especially the bit about Moyes dawdling and procrastinating like a spotty 18 year old asking the town slag with the big tits out on a date only to be laughed at. I imagine that is exactly what happens when he tries to sign a player out of his comfort zone. Great analogy and yes I spat out my tea...
Re: Moyes Out
"And to those saying Moyes is suffering for not getting his targets, how are those players doing? - Onana ever present in an Everton side universally considered to be as bad as we are, and not exactly diamond in the rough reviews. - Kostic is a LWB or LM. Not exactly a Cresswell replacement. - Lingard isn't even on the bench for Forest now - Broja got a chance at Chelsea with better players than us, couldn't secure a spot then got a serious injury - Zielinski I can't comment on, but given our style.of player a d Moyes refusal to play Benrahma who is statistically the best AM outside the top 6 of recent times, and probably the only candidate for Hammer of the Year, I can't think the Pole would have made much difference. If we'd got our first choice it would have likely made no difference at all. The problem is Moyes. The reason he's still out problem is Sullivan. Shrewd leaders make early calls and get them right. Bad leaders wait until a crisis reaches fever point before acting. Last season demonstrated Moyes had taken the club as far as he could. A shrewd leader would have said thanks and moved on when stock was still relatively high. But we don't have a shrewd leader in Sullivan."
Re: Moyes Out
"With remaining fixtures and the way we're currently playing , if they don't make a change I really can't see us getting the required points to stay up. Can see us getting another 3-4 wins at maximum Southampton Leeds Villa Bournemouth"

Re: Moyes Out
"Why does he keep playing the same players all the time ?, Why does he not play Benrahma ?, Why does he not use subs ? Why the fuck won't people ask him these questions in press conferences ? They all seem scared of him Dig the c*** out ffs"

Re: Moyes Out
"None of his targets wanted to come here apart from Aguerd, so with 2 weeks left of the window something had to be done as we needed to sign another 6 players. We literally didn't have enough senior players for a squad. He didn't bother signing anyone in January when it was obvious to everyone except himself that we needed at least another striker. We spent 180m in the summer, 2nd highest outlay in world football. He has completely failed to coach the players at his disposal and get a tune out of any of them. Our form and results for the last year has been abysmal and is getting worse, not to mention our style if play is dull & boring. Any other club would have sacked him after the Leicester game. Everton will sack Lampard this week Every other club around us have replaced their manager and are now getting a bounce. I have no idea what Sullivan is playing at."

Re: Moyes Out
"Yep - and Moyes' record against the so-called ""big six""ù is atrocious. So we are truly screwed. By any analysis, we cannot keep him. We need a massive turnaround. He cannot deliver it. It's time."
Re: Moyes Out
"Previously Moyes had done well in being able to beat other poor teams - this season we've lost to forest, Everton, wolves, drawn with Leeds and Southampton. To stay up we need to start beating teams who we're not expecting to."
Re: Moyes Out
"He won't go, he'll get Everton, get a point, stay in for the next 3 at which point it will be no wins and 2 points from 11"

Re: Moyes Out
"Has he gone yet? Can't stress enough: it has to happen now. Giving him the Everton game won't make a blind bit of difference. Moyes has been royally found out, tactically, and has failed to find a response since last February. It's over for him. He's dead, tactically. He might even beat Everton - because they are as bad as us. So what? He'll then lose to Newcastle, Spurs and Chelsea. Then what? Nobody will want the job. It'll be closer to March, and we'll be four games closer to relegation. It happens now, or we are potentially fucked. He's had 11 months to find a response to the basic high-press that kills us every, time. And he's clueless. It's time."

"And throughout all of this mess what is the role of Noble ?, Moyes cheerleader or ruthless applicator of change Do me a favour !, bigging Moyes up at every opportunity no doubt For everything that was good about Noble as a player and his love of the club he really was the cheap safe option"

Re: Moyes Out
Wouldn't surprise me if kretinskys already acquired Sullivans 38% share .but it's being hushed up until the day the embarrassment clause ends . I believe that date is march 22nd .

Re: Moyes Out
I still think we will stay up if Moyes goes . But as usual Sullivan inability to read the room is rearing it's ugly head yet again. Imagine trying to put a tribute to David gold on before a game of Saturdays magnitude. It's as if he wants it to kick off in order to let his pals in the media paint the west ham fans as animals

Re: Moyes Out
"You are absolutely right Stubbo but there are many other pointers to why Moyes is a dinosaur. The board must see this as well so why don't they sack Moyes? Is it just financial? Sullivan is an unpleasant cսnt without any doubts but he only has 38.8% shares so the board have to agree to sack key figures like Moyes in a public limited company which WH is. I believe there is a board meeting scheduled for Tuesday. With all of the owners looking down the barrel of relegation I expect that the decision will be made to fire Moyes. Gold and Sullivan's combined share holding of 63.9% no longer outvotes everyone else on the board. In fact I heard the Gold family are more inclined to support Kretinski than Sullivan and now the family are not restrained by David Gold's inclination to back Sullivan. . So, if Moyes get fired or survives, it will be a group decision from the board. I very much doubt these experienced and senior business shareholders will save Moyes any longer. It will almost certainly be announced Wednesday..."

Re: Moyes Out
"Unfortunately for all of us, Sullivan is the ultimate definition of someone who knows the cost of everything but the value of nothing. He has now lost his lifelong business partner and sounding board ( probably the only one of the 3 that cared about the club a bit) and is left with the total cսnt that is Brady who Sullivan has moulded over many years. She absolutely knows what he's game plan is with regards to the club and has proved that she will go along for the ride at all costs. Is the world class stadium not proof enough? It wouldn't surprise me if Moyes didn't also know and was being offered a sweetener to keep things jogging along and act as Sullivans deflector until the sell up date, when he gets a pay off, hence all his spiel about how supportive and brilliant the board have been when their track record proves beyond any doubt and over many seasons at different clubs , they're only going to be supportive if it brings them a pound note. Moyes should have gone long ago, poor form for over a year, new players bought ( probably with Kretinskys money and no personal cost to Sully) and not played, or played out of position. It all makes no sense to us who love this cսnt of a club, but you can't help who you love. It's like a perfect shitstorm, all very well to bandy about names like Poch and Tuchel, but let's be honest, who would want to work under this board ? Maybe not even Dyche."
Re: Moyes Out
"I really don't get this idea that players were 'foisted' onto Moyes It was clear for all to see that Moyes couldn't pick a.player, and it's a problem that has plagued him his entire career. Who did he want:. Lingard (no comment), Kostic (we could never put compete Juve), Onana (who he wouldn't guarantee playing time to), the Polish no. 10 at Napoli (who we went in hard for). Oh and Broja who was a lucky escape after his injury this season. Also worth noting his tactics were hardly 'red bull model'...Onana and Broja aside, they're all 28 or older Moyes is a fraud. Full of shit, doesn't know how to adapt, has zero player pulling power, and club had a decent go at all his targets despite him dawdling and procrastinating like a spotty 18 year old plucking up the courage to ask out the town slag with the massive tits, knowing he'll get laughed out of town. The club went for all his targets, getting bids accepted in a number of cases, offering wages bigger than necessary, but he doesn't have the personality or reputation to close the deal...and the point when he could have used the club's pulling power last January, he dropped the ball. So don't come with this whole 'they weren't Moyes' players' bullshit. Moyes is totally impotent in the transfer market."
