Re: Moyes Out
Wouldn't touch Rafa with a bargepole. The game has moved on from his heyday in 2005 - some 18 years ago. That's precisely the problem we have with Moyes. He's had six jobs in the past ten years. That should tell you enough about his effect and impact.

Re: Moyes Out
He wont change anything as that would mean he was wrong. I am worried about the players morale with him playing dross ball
Re: Moyes Out
Telegraph are saying Rafa or Nuno - I'd take the latter - massive swerve on Rafa but then again I'd take Doris the tea lady over Moyes.

Re: Moyes Out
"Stuart Pearce leaving has absolutely nothing to do with our predicament, anybody who listened to his talkshite interview the other week would know this! He thought any points against the top 6 was a bonus and these games should be written off ffs, that's the same attitude as Moyes, the Brentford and Brighton bosses don't possess this mentality. I suspect the loss of Noble in the dressing room and the influence of Nevin are more important factors, the dour tactics of WH and England are similar in lots of ways and the influence of Nevin has got to be than coincidence."
Re: Moyes Out
"This is the Avram Grant season on Steroids. I say that because we really didn't have a pot to piss in realtively speaking in that season. This season though, we've just backed Moyes with over a hundred and fifty milloin quid and yet in three games time we'll be rock bottom regardless of the Everton result. You cant fault the owners for putting their hands in their pockets but you can for not acting to remove Moyes from his position when he has failed us so badly. No, we have not learned from the mistakes of the past and indeed we are repeating them wilfully with the same result all but assured. It really beggars belief what we have to put up with at this club. The same people, the same mistakes, the same end result. Im just so sad and frustrated like most fans having to watch this sorry debacle play out."
Re: Moyes Out
"Well I'll help you out I'm from the eastend and wouldn't dream of calling my fellow West Ham fans glory hunters.. You on the other hand know nothing about what it is to be a real West Ham fan.. For a start you spend most of your time sagging off everything that is English, well I.have news for you West Ham is English and so are most of our real fans. Not plastic ones like you"
Re: Moyes Out
"I wonder how many players have relegation clauses in their contracts. If the worst happens, not only will the new squad be unrecognisable, but nearly half the crowd will be reluctant visitors. We are fucked, Sullivan and Brady, you pair of shits. Moyes will have to apply for manager vacancies in the Highland League. Cheap houses up there for the cսnt."

Re: Moyes Out
"This is a big worry. Wolves are shite and were there for the taking. If we had started with Benrahma and Scamacca we would have won.but this negative jock cսnt goes with the same fucking predictable line up. Antonio, Soucek and Cresswell are all shot."
Re: Moyes Out
We have more of a chance of winning against Everton with no manager than with the current idiot.
Re: Moyes Out
Just watching Hammers Chat. Incredible that the owners do not appear to have someone else lined up and this could be the reason why Moyes has been given the Everton game. Imbecile owners not learnt the Grant lesson. We are running out of time or maybe already run out.

Re: Moyes Out
"I am sick to the back teeth of Moyes invoking the relative success of the last two seasons... it must be abundantly clear to everyone now that the training, motivation, discipline and matchday tactics came primarily from Pearce and Irvine, with Noble keeping control of the negatories and motormouth players in the dressing room. By all accounts Moyes is acerbic, uncommunicative and aggressive to deal with face to face - this was bearable when he was sheltered behind Pearce & Co, but the moment he has had to come out from under their protective shield he has fallen flat on his boat almost immediately. I reckon the idea of putting Noble back in (forget the title, he is a faux managerial assistant) was in the hope that he could once again rally the dressing room, help to wring out a few results, and save the expense of getting shot of Moyes. WTF are we paying Moyes for, when it now clear he has to have people running it for him to succeed? The back up staff he has left - Nolan, Warburton, Nevin, are simply yes men / not good enough. THeY MUST ALL GO, PDQ."
Re: Moyes Out
I do wonder if Sullivan has finally run out of road with his reputation in the game. Nobody of even half decent standing will work for him. He's probably hoped Moyes would scrape through and then sell up. Not looking likely.
Re: Moyes Out
"Crazy that we haven't all woken up to news of his sacking, as it isn't just about the results, the performances are atrocious and even the owners must sit there wondering he keeps playing the same certain useless cunts, Heard there was a board meeting after the game last night, so clearly it was just to discuss where to hold the summer party."
