It will be Benitez or Dyche on a short term deal. Almost makes you want to win on Saturday.

"We've got a few supporters like that as well, Eerie. THey don't seem to think we're a big enough draw for someone better. If Wolves and Villa were able to employ managers who are a massive upgrade on Moyes in the positions they were in, then why can't we?"

If we get Benitez it'll probably replicate the ridiculous appointment of Ron Atkinson for Nottingham Forest.

"The board have said that the reason Moyes has not been sacked yet is because if they did, they'd be looking at someone exactly the same to replace him. It's fucking ludicrous. I cannot wait till these cunts fuck off. I don't care if we get owners like Newcastle, all the other shit gets forgotten, and look at them now."

"Bamford is huge to way they play. I can't Leeds being in trouble come the end of the season. I'm aghast we're even thinking about appointing Rafa. He's a yesterdays man, exactly the same as what we've got."

"I think that's why I've struggled to take to him. He is such an arrogant cսnt, he really believes he belongs aside Ferguson & Clough the cսnt. Sunderland fans fucking despise him, he has spent ever since passing the buck on the role he played in their relegation."

"The trouble with a 6-month appointment is the players don't respect them and they have no authority to make decisions. The board need to make a proper appointment on the assumption of a 2-3 year contract with success as the expectation. You can of course do disaster planning, but to make a 6 month appointment totally conveys the wrong message. Stick someone in on 6 months, and the first time he calls a player out, the player thinks ""fuck him, this guy doens't decide my future....he's only here til end of season anyway."""

"We were the 3rd biggest spenders in world football in the summer, and we made pellegrini one of the best paid managers in world football, not to mention paying League 1 standard players like Antonio nearly $100k a week ""ì I'm really not sure where people get the idea that their tight with money. They're fucking idiots who spend it terribly, but there's really no issue with their desire or willingness to spend it"

I suspect that the reason Moyes is still in his job is the new manager will want signings if he was to sign now. Appoint someone in a couple of weeks and just no time to spend on new players...

"Crassus 11:16 Tue Jan 17 Yes I agree, I just had that fucking awful last game in my mind against Brighton but failed to remember the terrible 6 months prior and the negligence of not getting a striker in the January window, which would have pushed us forward (when we were in a very good position) but alas we fell away. It's all coming back. But don't forget we have to be ever so grateful for the run in Europe and the lockdown season, so much so he has enough credit in the bank to get away with relegating us!"
