He may notch a few goals so that's an improvement and that is something but the team trying to switch to ""playing through the thirds"" and possession based because Moyes and Nevin, have not fully committed to what needs to be done to make it work. Its frustrating because there are options in terms of players, formations and positions that have not been tried. But that assumes Moyes or should I say Nevin has any real experience of playing the way most teams play now. Evidence to date suggests not or they don't trust the players. Part of the problem IMO was getting in so many players late in the summer window and then going into this Euro conference competition so early and flying out Tuesday/Wednesday, playing Thurs coming back Friday. No times whatsoever to work with the players. But then we had the WC break and no difference so probably wouldn't have helped. Anyway, hope to be proved wrong but not expecting anything more than a draw."
