Re: Moyes Out
"He absolutely has to go if we don't beat Forest. We've beat 1 team in the top half of the table all season, Fulham at home, so we absolutely have to beat the teams around us, especially at home. I think, finally, they will crack if we lose that. Surely. FUCKING SURELY"
Re: Moyes Out
I actually want the board to either sack him Now or say he is safe until end of season. If we get the whole he will be sacked if we lose then Moyes will simply defend . We get a point and go nowhere.

Re: Moyes Out
It is a strange one. Can the board risk not doing something? Even if they think we might just have enough?

"A year ago Newcastle we're where we are now, we spent £160 million plus in the summer, cannot believe Newcastle spent anywhere that amount, and now look at the two club's positions and expectations."

Re: Moyes Out
"The maddest thing about all this, the absolute maddest thing, is that if we somehow do stay up, by the skin of our teeth, Sullivan will see his decisions as the stuff of a genius maverick, and Moyes will see it as a fantastic achievement, and another brilliant season. It is all so unbelievably fucked up, on so many levels. It's messed with people's minds so much that someone has started a thread to get 70 year old Martin O'Neill in."

Re: Moyes Out
Apparently we've had 4 shots on target the last 3 games. Amazing statistic if true. Really been hoping Moyes can turn it around but so hard to keep the faith.

Re: Moyes Out
"When I heard on the radio that Sullivan is still backing Moyes I was surprised at my reaction. First off I felt sick, genuinely felt sick. Then it was anger, pure unadulterated rage as I screamed at the radion in disgust. I cannot beleive how fucking stupid this board are. If they cannot see that Moyes has no idea how to get the team to play to a level which will get us out of trouble then they deserve to fail. Unfortunately we'll probably scrape a draw against Forest which will delay his eventual demise. But as long as he's stinking the place out we will be in the Championship next season."

Re: Moyes Out
This is a new low even for this board . Encouraged by recent performances . If it wasn't so tragic I'd be splitting my sides with laughter.at it . It's obvious that even Declan rice agrees with what the vast majority on here are saying about Moyes going by his post match comments yesterday.

"The Times got it right today, Antonio is a winger Ings a striker its time the two of them started. Simple really but sadly overlooks the fact that moyes is stubborn and clueless!"

"He's only still here because he didn't have a go at the board in the past. He has been a shield for them. A typical ""company man""ù. They love that. Must be so refreshing for them to have a manager that actually liked them."

Re: Moyes Out
"The thought of getting rid of Moyes probably scares Sullivan shitless. Just like his manager, he has no plan b. Looks like we are stuck for the foreseeable with a woeful owner and a fraud manager of a manager. Pretty depressing stuff."
Re: Moyes Out
"""It feels like its over - in all the wrong ways""ù Yes, and it could be over for us as a top flight team for a long while to come. When you think what could have been with the right stewardship it's all the more poignant and sad to see us fade and die in this manner. Just awful decisions at the top, I mean staggeringly and negligently poor. I fear the very worse for the actual existence of West Ham United as a going concern the longer the likes of Sullivan remain at the helm."

Re: Moyes Out
"The board have spoken and he's going nowhere. Fully behind him and encouraged by recent performances apparently. Ridiculous situation, if we lose at home to Forest next week, even draw, his position will be untenable. Maybe the board need a reminder, needs to a toxic atmosphere but it won't be. Looks like he's got the next 3 games at least where anything more than a couple of points looks unlikely with Moyes in charge, by which time we will be deep in the mire."

Re: Moyes Out
"Good riddance to the fucking lot of them. I'm beginning to think I'll take a relegation if it means the end of Moyes and Sullivan. But that does require us to be bought by somebody with a bit of vision. Rice is going anyway (nailed on if we're relegated, of course), and there really aren't too many other current players I feel any great affiliation with. Quite like Bowen and Pablo. Benny, Downes and Johnson at a push. The rest could leave tomorrow and I'm not sure I'd be that worried - providing we got fees for them. It's a shambles."

Re: Moyes Out
"Sir Alf - That's not true though is it? Agreed they dithered with Grant (although with him they had O'Neill lined up around Christmas time). They didn't persist with BFS as they wanted to go in a 'different direction' and he was growing unpopular with the crowd. Not too many disagreed with the appointment of Bilic and in fairness they didn't dither too much in sacking him, same with Pellegrini really!"

Re: Moyes Out
"marty feldman 3:25 Mon Feb 20 Re: Moyes Out Apparently the board are encouraged by our recent form according to Jason burt of the telegraph. Which all just goes to prove that the current owners - supposedly encouraged by one win out of the last eleven games - know nothing about football and never will. They are not suitable to run a football club. Where on Earth in the professional football world is one win out of 11 an encouraging sign? Dagenham and Redbridge? It really does feel like, with Gold having died and a potential takeover on the cards, Sullivan has just surrendered this season. Which makes relegation a genuine strong possibility. The people above Moyes - the only people capable of lighting a fire under his ass or sacking him - are just meandering along in zombie state. It feels like its over - in all the wrong ways."
