Moyes Out ( Released )
"Posted the same last year. Nothing has changed, except win don't win matches anymore. I'm fed up, we can do much better"
Re: Moyes Out
"13 son - a rebuild is a team in transition after selling their best players not one that has spunked the best part of 200 million on supposed world class players who should be making a massive improvement to the team. More bollocks from the manager and owner. Next season will be a rebuild alright, once they've all fucking jumped ship."

Re: Moyes Out
"They are seriously deluded. Moyes was still babbling on about going for a European spot up until February. They really believe that we won't go down, and have been saying all season that as this is a ""rebuild"" season and they expected to struggle whilst the new players settled in. Bunch of clowns with no self awareness, don't even realise that it's only because of their mismanagement and lack of any football plan & structure that they needed to sign that many players in one go. They expect the other 19 PREM teams to tread water whilst we rebuild, and think 17th is acceptable this season because the last 2 seasons equal success, when in fact they should have just been building blocks for actual success. It all highlights perfectly how fucking clueless Sullivan is and why under him we will continue to be a circus and achieve fuck all!"

"What worries me is if we stary up it will be heralded as some kind of a success and credit to Moyes etc ""he kept us up""ù rather than ""we finished 17th after a dreadful season""ù"

Re: Moyes Out
"Speaking to my mate who has connections in football, quite a few of the clubs around us are confident that we won't get out of it now, that has drastically changed in the last few weeks where they all saw us as pulling clear at some point due to the players at our disposal. Some people behind the scenes at other clubs are shocked that he is STILL here after the Brighton result and the way we didn't go for it against Villa. He knows people at Southampton who think they have a good shout of getting out of it, 3 games winnable coming up with them coming to our place on the 2nd April and frustrating the the crowd, strangling the game and not letting us get a foothold. This stems from other scouts, watchers etc seeing that we have no plan B, just like we all can. It's still believed that Sullivan won't sack Moyes as the attitude at West Ham is that we are too good to go down and the word relegation isn't being used around the club at all. But he said that quite a few in the football world are shocked at how we have done this season and have all waited for the bounce and us pulling away, but as the weeks go by, they are seeing that something is wrong at West ham and others are waiting to take full advantage. For what is worth he told me after the Brighton loss that Moyes wouldn't be sacked and it's been the same noises coming out with people connected such as Claret and Hugh and ex. So in a nutshell nothing new from what we already know, just that people behind the scenes are scratching their heads at what is going on here and other club connections can't work out why he is still in a job but it's benefical to them and they are happy but surprised he hasn't gone."

"Our fans won't do anything. Bunch of Muppets. I shouted ""Moyes out"" a few times on Sunday, even called our fans Muppets, no one gave a shit. Even the Burnley days which was only a few years ago have gone. There's a few old skool left but why would they bother risking arrest and a life ban just for protesting, you can't even take abfucking banner into the shit hole."

Re: Moyes Out
"I can't believe any of you really think Sullivan is doing this out of spite or to prove any sort of point. He's not an imbecile. Relegation will personally cost him hundreds of millions of pounds in the value of the club and taking a huge loss on several outgoing players while having to pay handsomely for replacements who can not only get us promoted but also keep us there. He won't be able to sell until we are back up because no one but no one will want to offer anything like the current asking price. He's just got no better idea than sticking with Moyes, which is kind of depressing. The ONLY way this is purposeful is if this deal is going through in the next week or so when the clause expires. But you'd have to think Kretinsky would be a madman to actually do that now in the current mess. Then it would be he chucking hundreds of millions into a black hole. Even if it was, you'd have expected Kretinsky to have said 'Give me control of the decision making now so I can sack this idiot or I'm not going through with it.'"

"Hammer and Pickle 3:20 Tue Mar 14 Re: Moyes Out Most of the seats still haven't been bought for Thursday's game, so no need for a boycott. I'll be there, but I stupidly bought my tickets before the draw had been made and then we drew a team that would struggle in league one (no disrespect to AEK Larnaca, but they're not very good). I was hoping for one of the Italian sides and will be again in the next round if we get through."
Re: Moyes Out
Nearly a year ago we were knocking Sevilla out of the EL. We've gone massively backwards since then under the fraud.

Re: Moyes Out
One thing that will focus Sullivan's mind is an attendance boycott starting from Thursday. I think the fan-base mood may be right for this now.
Re: Moyes Out
"sully simply says that to try to back us off into pressurising. we really need to show that questions are being asked about protest amongst the supporters. a physical push. typing online they fucking love, it makes zero difference to anything."

Re: Moyes Out
I'd have a little chuckle to myself if that is right Pickle as it would be of a bigger loss to him than any 'fuck you's' he may give out.....

Re: Moyes Out
"Sullivan is taking calls for Moyes to go as an attack on his person. His reaction is effectively to say ""fuck you, I'm gonna show you whose club this is even if it means relegation""ù. He's the blight on the land and Moyes is the rotten fruit."

Re: Moyes Out
"He should've gone six games in, when options were plentiful, and before everybody of consequence got sucked into the WC tournament. It was already clear he was off on the same old trajectory and would keep on failing. Many of us said if he was still here for the WC, he would still be here in the New Year, and time would start to run out... and here we are... Now Sully is saying Moyes can stay on 'whatever happens'..! What sort of bloody motivation is that to try and keep us up..?"

Re: Moyes Out
"zico mate you have to understand the way sullivan operates. he's not a sound minded businessman, he's an opportunistic barrow boy who rolled a few sixes. as a result, he will think moyes is the best man for the job, but not for the reasons you might expect. we've spunked a record spend on moyes and he's got us utterly in the shit. if he relegates us, that's him done professionally. it would be a disaster akin to anything else in top flight football and his reputation with fans and pundits alike would be completely fucked. he'd stumble on the rest of his career as a man whose stench of failure would overshadow any accomplishments. now a more sober minded businessman might not think that someone with that much pressure on their head is the right man to correct 18 months of their own massive underperformance, but sullivan will have a bit of spite in there too. he knows that if he sacks moyes tomorrow and we go down the dour scot and all his media luvvies will crow on about how he would've kept us up. to sullivan this is almost as unpalettable as the actual relegation himself. what's more, in the barrowboy mentality, sullivan will think that any foreign wooftah he gets in to take over won't have the same motivation. if someone came in now and we went down it'd barely be a blotch on their record, they could put it down as damage done already and go on with roughly the same career trajectory. no, sullivan will think moyes is the best man for the job because it's his head in the proverbial noose."

Re: Moyes Out
"As many others have said on here it's baffling what Sullivan is doing, or not doing. I just cannot see his logic. Say it costs 7 million to sack Moyes, a drop in the ocean compared to the losses of relegation. Previous relegations under Lyall and Bonds had one big difference bar obviously the money involved. You could argue most of the players certainly respected both Lyall and Bonds but can't imagine many of the current squad respecting Moyes or what he is doing. The whole situation is very strange. It's not rocket science to see what a disaster it currently is. The only thing I could see possibly forcing Sullivan's hand is an empty stadium or two but West Ham fans will always turn up to support the team."

Re: Moyes Out
The telegraph called it when they said there was no intensity or urgency to get the 3pts and you'd never have guessed that we were in a relegation battle at this stage of the season by our approach. I was there Sunday and thought exactly the same. The club is deluded and sleepwalking into the championship.
