Re: Moyes Out
"We have enough experience on our coaching team (the ones Moyes doesn't listen to) to get through this season and stay up without rushing out to find a manager, IMO. Sacking Moyes will improve us no end."

Re: Moyes Out
Might as well be Kevin Keen again with Noble doing something even if it's just putting the cones out

"New Jersey 10:47 Thu Apr 6 I think I'm with you on this. No doubt all those managers you've mentioned there will improve on our current one, but it would be nice if our next manager was one who was ""on the up"" as opposed to one who's just been sacked and has ""something to prove""."

Re: Moyes Out
Why is Rice coming out saying the spirit is good and the players love playing for Moyes and as a man he is great. WTF

"Surely we can do better than two blokes who've just been sacked? Why not add BFS, Bruce, Benitez and Pardew to the mix if that's the originality of thinking? Even fucking Brentford and Brighton didn't fall into that trap."

Ain't the Pound Fish man available? Get him on a free. That would suit the tight Dwarf's budget perfectly.

Re: Moyes Out
southbankbornnbred 10:10 Thu Apr 6 Well it leaves Potter and Rogers if you are West Ham - a club without any strategy or sense of forward planning. Moyes is now merely the symptom. The problem remains that fucking idiot Sullivan and his total inability to run a football club. Those who think he's a successful businessman might like to ponder on how his retarded mindset is now likely to see hundreds of millions of pounds wiped off the value of his prize asset.

"That little Russian Ewok seems to be getting away quite lightly considering the overall situation. I was long gone before the late goals went in last night, but before i did you felt like the fans had just accepted the situation and this is the level we are at now"

Re: Moyes Out
"Yeh, get rid of the clueless sweaty, pronto. Can't believe that it's gone on for so long. The greedy midget needs to get shot of him now and then fuck off himself to his counting-house to count out all his money. Been taking the piss out of our loyal supporters. It's gone on miles too long. Dragged everyone and everything down. Get Parker/noble to fill in and have a good go at things. Then get Potter. (after he's had a break and cleared his nut a bit). Think it would suit him here and we'd do well."

Re: Moyes Out
"Manuel - in fairness, our usually meek home fan base made their views quite clear last night. Tens of thousands left long before the end. Huge disapproval throughout and the booing at the end. (Boos always make me laugh, because they're so tame, but it is a pretty clear indication). Couldn't really have done a lot more without it erupting into violence, which would be pointless because only the fans would suffer again. Things are so shit at the club, there's so much that needs unpicking. But there's a clear pathway to some sort of improvement: sack Moyes and replace him with a more progressive manager - there are now several on the market. So Sulli's ""no alternatives""ù jibe is BS. Secondly, facilitate the takeover that gets Sullivan his fortune (only reason he'd leave) and then he can fuck off. Third, sort out this disjointed, poorly planned, and under-performing group of players under a new manager and coaching staff over the summer""¶"

Re: Moyes Out
"I think we can assume if he's still here by 2pm he's dodged yet another bullet, which would be quite astonishing. A 1-5 home reverse in front of an almost empty stadium surely has to be the end, if not Sullivan is simply being negligent and not putting the clubs best interests first. No owner should be allowed to get away with that, our pussy, meek fan base need to start to show a fucking backbone."

Re: Moyes Out
"Pedro""¶ Carrick - 3rd in Championship, wants to see the job through and try to get promotion which will forever boost his CV. As likely to be a Premier League manager next season as any West Ham appointment in April. Parker - Terrible manager so far. Just look at his record. Fans' sentiment only. Below Premier League quality. Pardew - as much of a busted flush as Moyes, ten years out of date, hopeless recent jobs and a big legal issue/problem hanging over him at West Ham. Realistically, leaves Rodgers and/or Potter. The latter is not a ""get results immediately""ù manager, as we've seen. Plus he's possibly on a non-compete clause with his generous Chelsea pay-off, which that club uses regularly. Chelsea tend to settle generously with outgoing managers, but sometimes attach a time/limited non-compete clause. He might end up effectively owing Chelsea money if he takes another job before the summer. Probably just leaves Rodgers. Who I rate. I'd take him yesterday above Moyes. Sullivan needs to swallow his pride and make the move."
Re: Moyes Out
Benitez odds are drifting with Rodgers and potter shortening. I would have said Moyes was safe to the end of the season but I think/hope last night and the fact Rodgers is available might make them push the button.
