Moyes Out ( Released )
"Posted the same last year. Nothing has changed, except win don't win matches anymore. I'm fed up, we can do much better"
Re: Moyes Out
", 11:18 Wed May 24 People always seem to forget that in 19/20 we were in 5th place after 7 games, and the wheels only came off when Fabianski got injured. Moyes got hired just after he returned from injury, so you'd have expected things to improve pretty quickly, but they didn't. Moyes managed 8 points from his first 12 games in charge and would have relegated us were it not for the happy benefit of the mid season break that COVID gave us. As it was, with all those things in his favour he still only managed one point more than Pellegrini had in the same number of games. So no, I don't think he saved us at all. Nor did he in 17/18 when he took over with 27 games to go and we weren't even in the bottom 3."
Re: Moyes Out
Even Hammers Chat on YT are asking if we were too harsh on Moyes as he didn't apparently get his own transfer targets. For Fuck's Sake.

Re: Moyes Out
Wolves might have some financial issues coming up in which case if their manager walks I'd welcome him at WHU. And would he bring Dawson with him? For me the best bit of business by any relegation threatened team during the last transfer window was Wolves' purchase of Dawson.

Re: Moyes Out
", 11:18 Wed May 24 Re: Moyes Out probably exactly what's happened this season? spending the majority of the season stinking the place out, hanging around 17th or 18th place, before ultimately having enough quality in the playing squad relative to the other relegation threatened teams, to survive in spite of the manager, not because of him."

"Sullivan has generally got it spot on with his sacking of managers, aside from the Grant debacle."

"OneAll 9:35 Mon May 22 Re: Moyes Out kept us in the league when it looked like all was lost when? he was appointed in November 2017 when we were 18th, having just dropped into the relegation zone for the first time that season he was then appointed in December 2019 with the club in 17th place in which of those scenarios did all look lost?"

Still think he's going? Listen to Brady: https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/22419231/david-moyes-west-ham-karren-brady/?utm_source=sharebar_app&utm_medium=sharebar_app&utm_campaign=sharebar_app_article

Re: Moyes Out
"Edin Terzić , former West Ham assistant manager, is about to win the league with Dortmund, with Seb Haller up front."
Re: Moyes Out
"One All , it can also be argued that people suffering from short memory span are those who seem to have forgotten we have lost 19 league games this season in their rush to now embrace Moyes . Win the final - he should go himself, he is not going to top that achievement. Lose the final - well then the season has not been a good one . Talk of the board looking to appoint a DOF to take a firmer grip on transfers says the board doesn't trust him in this regard . Whatever happens in Prague , it's time for a change ."

Re: Moyes Out
Side of Ham 8:00 Mon May 22 I'm with you. Why are people prepared to ruin another season by letting him stay if he wins the ECL. It's just too sentimental.

Re: Moyes Out
"Wonder if they've just decided to quit on the team. Could well have happened, them knowing they're out the door in the summer regardless, most likely. Especially Maddison"
Re: Moyes Out
"I've been in the Moyes out camp for a while, but would like to see him win something and then depart. I see that Dean Smith has dropped Maddison and Barnes for the game tonight. Utter madness imo."

Re: Moyes Out
"If the team are behind him, that's good enough for me. I think he's got so much wrong over the last 18 months and would have had him gone as soon as we were safe in the league."

Re: Moyes Out
"Surely it's not too complicated to see that supporting the team doesn't have to mean supporting the manager or owners as well. Fuck me, we're all supposed to want the best for the club."
Re: Moyes Out
"kept us in the league when it looked like all was lost , went on to have two amazing seasons missing out on champs league by inches, has had a very poor prem season this year but if we win the cup , he has earnt the start of next year 100 percent anyone who says different has a very short memory span"

Re: Moyes Out
Snide of ham Will you be watching the final or boycotting it because Moyes is still in charge?
