Re: Moyes Out
"Stop fucking crying Nagel. I don't care if he stays or goes. In some respects I hope he does go so that this thread can end and I don't have to deal with people like you again. You and your mates will only be happy when Allardyce or Benitez is in charge, god help us all."
Re: Moyes Out
"twoleftfeet, I get that you're tired of reading the endless criticisms of Moyes but you yourself add absolutely nothing to the discussion. What you keep saying is equally boring, as well as antagonistic and attention seeking. As for this idea that we all have to be behind the manager or else we're not supporting the club, presumably you think the same about governments, so when Labour are in charge everyone should just quietly let them go about managing the country without complaints or else they're some kind of traitor. Like hell you do. You like to bore the shit out of everyone, moaning about politics, even on here, a West Ham forum, so it's a bit fucking rich you trying to shut down valid complaints about what happens at our club."

Re: Moyes Out
That's basically 99% of the people on here. For the record I don't have a replica shirt and I attend about 20 games a season home and away. Ok with you?

Re: Moyes Out
"a fan is someone that has an interest or admiration for a team and watches them from the comfort of their armchair whilst wearing their replica shirt, whereas a supporter is someone who is actively interested in (i.e. goes to games, invest a large personal, financial & emotional investment and gets behind them in the hope that they will succeed. You're the former not the latter, I have no issue with that but don't pretend to be something you're not."

Re: Moyes Out
"You are such a dullard daveyg. Once again for the record I actually said I'd happily see him go after the Europa final, leave on a high. The fact he hasn't isn't down to me you thick fucking retard. As long as he is here I will support him but if he goes I won't cry. It's called supporting your club, try it sometime."
Re: Moyes Out
"If anyone wants to defend moyes after this week, shipping out the good youngsters, transfers and today's terrible all round performance Two will defend him still, wish both off them could just disappear."
Re: Moyes Out
"Our two major problems are Sullivan and Moyes, none of them have the ability to take us anywhere but the championship next season , only a few weeks to go to the start of the season and 2 out of three of our strikers want to leave that along with our only decent left back , we are struggling to buy any players because of Moyes tactics, the club is a shambles."

Re: Moyes Out
I guess a few players get the luxury of playing for the team they support. Otherwise they are merely doing a job. As far as supporting is concerned different people do different things. I can't even support a foreign team of have a lower league team. I would feel grubby.

Re: Moyes Out
"I think he wanted to leave because he saw the lack of progression and because of David Moyes. We had the champions league in our grasp and fucked it, he has seen some good players come in and be limited to what they can do by a manager who is still stuck in the stone age. Arteta is a grade A cսnt, but he is progressive and still working out his management style but already he gets the best out of players and got Arsenal to a fighting chance of winning the league. We struggled in the league and won the competition we were favourites for, we all wanted to win the trophy but come on in the grand scheme of things it is a tinpot cup. Moyes should have gone after the complete fuck up in Frankfurt. He set us out to not lose and ended up doing just that. Rice is coming out with all this bollocks but I think he wanted the best for West ham and he saw quite quickly it wasn't going to happen under this manager and board."

"Have I supported West ham all my life? - Yes Do I aspire to see them do well? - Yes Do I think we will continue to struggle under this ownership and management? - Yes Would I ever consider supporting/playing for another team? - No It's not hard Branded. FWIW, I imagine Rice's answers to the above would be: No Yes Yes Yes"

Re: Moyes Out
There were four factors that defined his move 1. It was still London 2. It was a team in the Champions League 3. It was £105 million 4. His wage just went up a whole load ( admittedly we had offered that too but over 8 years)
Re: Moyes Out
It was laughable seeing Arsenal suggested as a sideways move. Granted they might not win the league but the prospect on staying was another year in playing with that shit cսnt Soucek and chasing the ball 90% of the time. I make him right in the interview he done yesterday on sky saying how he will see the game different. Arteta won't be asking for his full backs to chuck it down the line for the centre forward to hustle for the ball and hopefully win a free kick.

Re: Moyes Out
"I would suggest that if the desire to experience success is your key driver to supporting a sporting team then merely support a successful team. If you want entertainment, support an entertaining team. If you wish or are bound to the supporting of West Ham then expect all the fuckwittery that comes with that and embrace it. I fucking love supporting a club as mental as ours."

Re: Moyes Out
"It's been mad to read on here about the Rice move. I've seen people say it's a sidewards move, I mean for fuck sake. We play the shittest football in the league, relegated teams aside as we've not seen them yet, and we can't sign a fucking player. The lack of planning for this summer is absolutely astonishing. He was 100% right to fuck it off. Shit for us, on many different levels, but he's done the right thing."

"""The only difference is I have never had a choice to make and he did."" Erm. That shows little ambition by you if you want to watch success there is a simple way of doing that just like all the southern Liverpool and Man United supporters. The risk is the team you choose becomes shit and the old team you supported wins a European cup."

Re: Moyes Out
I really don't get all of this hate for Rice. He could see what we all can. That under Sullivan & Moyes the club will largely tread water with the odd result thrown in here and there. In its current guise the club didn't match his ambitions. As things stand the club doesn't match my ambitions either. The only difference is I have never had a choice to make and he did.
