Re: Moyes Out
"Heard this good source last night (not much new) : None of the players respect him or want to play for him. It's not just his style but it's the fact he ignores any advice and doesn't entertain input from staff and players alike. It's why all backroom staff left and Nolan stays cos his role as players liason isn't affected. If you say anything against the style you are benched or sent to reserves. So players play with negative energy cos they want to play but have had to stay tight lipped. Benrhama wouldn't toe the line when he arrived. Hence him being benched. He realised he wouldn't win so got on board and started to play. Scamacca who had learned English had a big bust up and was benched which was dressed up as injury to stop any rumours coming out then he got really injured. Paqueta couldn't speak English so didn't get involved in any arguments and just played his own way. Emerson almost refused to track back at first so was picked behind Cresswell. Downes was a Sullivan signing. Soucek WAS given a a list of clips to study at home of Fellaini by Moyes who told him that was what he expected of him..Antonio asked not to be called Mickey. Moyes HAS used his contract to circumnavigate having to deal directly with DOF which is the main sticking point and made it clear he will sue for constructive dismissal or wrongful dismissal if he gets sacked for any reason except performance based (assuming that means only season games). Feels like cup win puts him on untouchable level. Steidten will prob go before Moyes does. Noble has little contact with 1st team. More like ""Laurel amd Hardy with Carlton Cole"" was direct quote. All players would accept moves if offered chance and were hoping/expected Moyes to go this summer due to his strained relationships at the club BEFORE Stediten joined."

Re: Moyes Out
"Pagey - That's exactly what should have happened of course, yes we would have ridiculed, and yes there would have been a backlash, but the club and the vast majority of the fans would have known it was the right thing to do, but that window has gone now and dare I say it we are now left with hoping we get off to a losing start to flush out this pre-historic, arrogant, deluded man. B'mouth showed the way by doing what they believed was right for the club after a ''successful'' season, but Sullivan bottled it."
Re: Moyes Out
"Moyes should have gone a couple of weeks after the cup win, along with Rice. A firm handshake and a ""òthank you' for what he's done, and then we bring in the new manager, who had already been earmarked, along with the targets he had in the transfer market. There would have been a long queue of decent managers all waiting to be given the job, along with a decent amount to spend and a Europa League spot too. Instead, we're exactly where we all feared we'd be. It was so glaringly obvious. Seriously amateur stuff."

Re: Moyes Out
"Football is the most ruthless industry there is Everyone out to get a much of the crust as possible, agents. Owners, players, fans all out to get one up on one another. Managers are sacked at the drop of a hat, bad run of form, comments in the media, face not fitting anymore. In an industry where you can have success and still lose your job nothing ever comes as a surprise So why is Sullivan hanging onto Moyes, not many people would be surprised if we sacked him and got someone else in, it's the nature of the beast, the longer this charade continues the worse it will be in the long run now. He wanted to stay, we should have shook hands and looked to the future. David Moyes at 60 isn't the future. Losing our captain, banking 100 million should be the perfect platform for a new manager to come in and get a squad he wants and a way of playing that will get fans onside and looking forward to the future. Instead we all are at crossroads and in my opinion staring relegation in the face. We haven't even kicked off the season yet and we are an absolute carcrash"
Re: Moyes Out
Good see the board not sacking him and least giving him the start of the season to see how it goes. Decent behaviour after wining a cup last season.
Re: Moyes Out
"Things started to slip a bit 18 months or so ago. The odd performance started to look shoddy, standard of football wasn't quite as good and the squad were being flogged to death. This is where Moyes got stubborn, wouldn't rest players or change his game. He needs to be judged on the league, the past 45 games record is: Won 12, drawn 9, lost 24. That's a point a game average dead on, based on the past few seasons it would mean a 16th or 17th place finish."

Re: Moyes Out
"Personally I'd lost all faith in Moyes at least 18 months ago. It's staggering how badly run this club is. Groundhog Day every transfer window and when we do sign a gold nugget they're totally transformed into a chud nugget in no time flat. Sullivan should absolutely be rounded on for allowing things to have got as far as they did 18 months ago, how both have been tolerated is beyond belief. Sullivan has got of majorly lightly, probably due to Moyes taking and deflecting so much shit. Just pay the cսnt off you Jew and buy yourself a tiny smidge of credit. Then fuck right off and take the useless business woman with you. It's like torture loving this club."

Re: Moyes Out
"Hilariously Moyes is using winning a cup that in 5 years time we will see was win every year by a English Team as our mid table strength is just about better than rest of Europe. Will put his victory in perspective. Fact is, he cannot compete domestically with his antiquated way of playing (or non playing) and his selfish stubborn ways have lost him any respect from current players (I heard that from a current players own mouth), any players we look to sign and backroom staff (his ""best mate"" Warburton to say the least). He needs to be fucked off immediately. If Steidten goes first, we will never be taken seriously by anyone in football again. Nobody will trust the word of our chairman. Moyes has won his cup and I truly belive is now of the mindset that don't give a fuck about the club or where it goes."
Re: Moyes Out
We're a million miles off what's acceptable. The league is what matters and we've been off those levels for a season and a half. Far too many people have been distracted by a trophy which any half decent PL would win. He needs to go now before he's allowed to bring in any players or coaches.

"Ok, you like him and I don't. Let's just leave it as it stands. It's an anonymous football forum FFS, I can't understand what makes you so abusive? What about you continue to reply with your football views and stop insulting"

Re: Moyes Out
I'm not arsed if he stays or goes. But he's just won our first silverware in 43 years and has got us European football for 3 consecutive years. So to call his tenure a disaster is ridiculous.

Re: Moyes Out
"Why do you want Moyes out then? Ill take that as a serious question, albeit i rekon the question to be a bit daft. Anyhow, here aree some general perspectives on why i think he should be sacked. The team's performance and results have ben in decline over the past two years. We are consistently underperforming in terms of league position, points accumulated and the style of play have been gutless and boring. Not only am i as a fan sick of it, but it seems like even players and coaching staff are becoming so too. i think the fans and the owners have had high expectations and ambitions for the team after the move to the OS. The manager has (despite winning the ConfL) failed to meet these expectations. The manager's preferred style of play is not aligned with the club's vision, and i think its a major part of wanting him out. He seem to build strained relations between the players (and fans, coaches etc) and is contributing to a toxic atmosphere within the club. about his tenure. Moyes' role in the club's transfer activities, including player recruitment and sales, have been disastrously bad. Just take a look at this transfer window... His previous managerial records after Everton have been disastrously bad. Leaving clubs in a mess. And lastly, just look at us now! I could have went on, but this will have to do. Hopefully got you too! Now, why do you want Moyes to stay then?"

"Why do you want Moyes out then? You fucking love it when West Ham lose, you're like a pig in shit. At least your missus is safe from domestic violence tonight, you only beat her up when West Ham win because it makes you angry."

Re: Moyes Out
Everything points to Moyes being an insular dinosaur as stubborn as a fucking mule. It's still the fault of Verne Troyer for not having the balls to thank him and say goodbye after the Euro Conference Final. The bloke won't resign... it's as simple as that

Re: Moyes Out
Just shows you what a new manager can do with 21st century ideas.Alonso has revitalised the Germans and was proactive up to the final whistle. The dour jock is left by the wayside scratching his head.

"You are obviously the only tiresome fucking cսnt here Leonard Hatred. The reason you might feel im here only when we lose, it down to the fact that we mainly loose under Moyes. Please feel free to post your own views instead of just abusing others."
Re: Moyes Out
Relegation a near certainty with moyes in charge. Dodged It last season with a shit system and Rice probably the difference in the end. Despite despite winning the up and having 100M in our pockets we have had the lamest summer transfer window in memory and start the season well short in a number of positions. It's disgraceful. We could get rid now but for some reason Sullivan just cannot do it. Moyes out! for the love of god sack him. And then do the decent thing and sell the club while it's still a going concern.

"The sooner he is gone the better. No one wants to play in his shit system, no one wants to sign to play in his shit system, Stiedten is the future, Moyes is a relic from the distant past who got lucky winning a trophy."
