Moyes Out ( Released )
"Posted the same last year. Nothing has changed, except win don't win matches anymore. I'm fed up, we can do much better"
Re: Moyes Out
"He's got to be sacked asap The asap but is the unknown. Sullivan seems like many people to base all his decisions on fear and risk aversion unless there is pretty much a guaranteed way to make money ( property investment and sales hence LS move ). Until some proper unrest happens ( protests at games ) or ticket sales drop ( won't happen ) he will imo go with the ""do nothing""ù option. It's what he does. That's his history. Takes 8 dismal defeats on the trot for him to do something. The wildcard now tho might be Steidten and Kretinsky. Who pushed for getting Steidten? I would wager Kretinsky We are effectively a dormant club until Moyes is sacked. Not renewing his contract suggests he's out the door hopefully. Nothing personal, Moyes was out of ideas 2 years ago. As mentioned early, a tedious and frustrating 5 months ahead looks likely Yesterday at half time we are 1 ahead and just in at half time where even a one eyed man with a glass eye could see Brentford had dominated the last 15 mins especially in midfield. He's thick or paralysed with fear or simply didn't see or have any idea what to do in dynamic sense. Shore up midfield with an extra man, get the passenger that was Benrahma off. Soucek was also contributing next to nothing too. Change it !!! Nope the ""management by formula "" from 1999/2000 was used as always. Wait to they score then make subs and the same ones, like for like. Moyes is not very good behind basic organising. The last of an era who is next to useless now"

Re: Moyes Out
"LJC - I've seen a few quotes that we haven't a decent January budget. Ex issued a similar update 2 days ago (below): Ex though did stress that there isn't a huge budget for players in the new year, and therefore if we are to make an approach in January, then a loan with option or obligation to buy may be the preference. ""The budget isn't huge, but there is likely to be enough to do some business,""ù added Ex."

Re: Moyes Out
The issue now ain't binning Moyes. It's getting the Manager we want mid-season. (I ain't advocating keeping Moyes.) But no doubt the person or people we want to offer the job are most likely already in a job. And the board won't payout another team for their manager.

Re: Moyes Out
There's currently a Twitter poll on West Ham Football (Sean Whetstone) to vote whether you want Moyes in or out. It's currently 69 percent Out with more than 1400 people voting so far. It's on there until the end of today.
Re: Moyes Out
Sir Alf fuck me you're a happy chappy I'm looking forward to all the cup games and will travel away to most of them including Europa league as West Ham in Europe 3 seasons on the trot is enjoyable and I'm loving it

Re: Moyes Out
I pity the poor season ticket holders. If the dwarf does the unthinkable and keeps Moyes until the end of the season . I spoke to one of my mates yesterday and he told me he's paying £1400 for the pleasure of watching moyesball . If the cretin doesn't wise up supporters like him will vote with their feet .

Re: Moyes Out
"Watching Forest against Villa and it's amazing how the Forest players are throwing their bodies in front of the ball defending for their manager, contrasted by Moyes defenders who for the most part look like rabbits in headlights, seems like our defensive minded coach can't even teach them how to defend, Moyes really is an anti football cսnt. Has any other team had worse management than Avram Grant, Allardyce and Moyes recently?"

Re: Moyes Out
"Alf, Potter made his name in Sweden with Ostersund which gave him some exposure in the UK He then went to Swansea before Brighton took him on"
Re: Moyes Out
"The hardest part is going to be getting thru to summer with what is effectively a ""dead man walking""ù in Moyes. We will go out of all the cups eventually including the Europa early in the New Year when the better teams are left and champs Lge teams drop down. The EFL is more or less over as we have won once in 50'years there. FA cup no chance as that will go to one of the ""rich 5""ù Watching Kudus will be something to hold onto but not much else based on where we are with Moyes and his inability to build a squad and implement tactics, a style and culture that is beyond ""survival football""ù Sullivan not listening to Steidten and keeping Moyes would be enough to regenerate protests and unrest of a few seasons back as Steidten I think knows Moyes is holding the club back. And while the wait until summer is going to be a painful watch, we probably will have to wait until then to get the right man. The exception is Potter I guess? I don't know much about him before Brighton. Does anyone know his history ? Did he manage or coach at other clubs lower down the leagues or was Brighton his first gig ? If not anyone know his stats at those clubs ( wins , league positions etc ) An excruciating 7 months ahead lads. Hang in there and use this site to express frustration etc :-)"

Re: Moyes Out
Steidten might have already approached Sullivan regarding getting rid of Moyes who knows? If Sullivan decides to continue this charade can see Steidten giving it the elbow along with Noble

Re: Moyes Out
"I doubt Maguire will be bought in January. I doubt anyone other than a loan or 2 will come in this January. We're pleading poverty, don't want to pay over the odd Jan prices and will save any money for the next manager. Moyes will see out this season regardless. The only way he'll be sacked earlier or will get offered a new contract is if we look like going down (no chance), or win a trophy (again very unlikely). We'll trundle in about 11th or 12th place and maybe get to a couple of cup quarter finals."
