"He's fucking useless Was watching him on the touchline around the 70th minute, he just stands there pointing hoping things will change He seems completely bemused by what's going on and almost incapable of effecting change He relies on us scoring so it cements his set up, his tactics, he can then feel content, almost smug that his way worked Thing is now we have Steidten he's been found out"

"I'm not having that theory from the c&b bloke, apart from having form for spouting a load of old shit I don't think a PL club would, or could, operate like that, ie tell the manager in November that he's gone in May, but in the meantime just do your best mate. I mean, how would that actually work in reality, it would be way too disruptive mid season and not workable, for many different reasons. It's a nonsense, but believe it if it makes you feel better."

"360 We are all wrong. Mubama came on in the 89th minute, surprisingly. 5 minutes of injury time for him to chase the ball about. I'm not sure he actually touched the ball. He'll be grounded for that and not allowed outage house to the end of the year. Moyes will be vindicated now that he does use youth,so fuck you Steiden."

"64,000 Brentford have a small club mentality and beat us. I think that the mentality and the winning bit are not mutual. So we obviously need to do better in the league but the only way I see Moyes leaving before the end of the season is if its perceived he has lost his authority with the team. Obviously some think that has happened but its the board that needs to decide on that. Meanwhile, I'm really looking forward to tonight."

How bad must mubama be in training if ings gets played before him? I'm baffled by him not being used at all this season in the prem. I don't understand it. And if he's actually really good in training. What kind of excuse does he have to keep Making to not play him? And why doesn't any journo ask him that question?

"Meerket Fauxstralian Manuel Stevethehammer Very good posts. I was sick of the sight and sound of Moyes about a year ago. Obviously the cup win tempered those feelings. But for me it's done. Every single press conference and interview he's dodging, lying, bullshitting and just basically talking his way around the elephant in the room. And that is that he is a fucking Mr Average who is taking this club to mediocrity or worse in the long term. I don't even listen to him talk anymore. Sick of it."

"What Moyes says and what Moyes does are two completely different things. He plays to the gallery, is rent a quote and basically talks alot of shit. Red bull model, plays Danny Ings, Michail Antonio Wants to bring a winning mentality, has us camped in our own half hoping to hit on the break with 20% possession I don't listen to him because it's the same bollocks he has been spouting for years. He will never change"

Losing 5 League games in a row to Brentford and the meek acceptance of that is not a big club mentality Or is the similar acceptance of losing 25 of 49 Premier league games Its a minor matter but dont think he did himself any favours wanking off the Olympiacos crowd as being SO TOTALLY AMAZEBALLS either

"I remember Moyes when he came in first saying he wanted to bring a big club mentality. I understood that to mean both on and off the pitch . Yet on the pitch , almost every game his tactics are the polar opposite . Timid , overly respectful to almost all opposition almost all of the time . His total capitulation against the Top 6 away from home is the epitome of small club unambiitious thinking . Brentford the most recent example, a goal up at H-T , a club with a positive winning mentality would have gone on to win that game . How does he continue to tolerate Antonio's off field activity , particularly when Antonio has been consistently next to useless on the pitch . Moyes talks a lot of shite . Red Bull model - where is that at ? No evidence at all that he has any serious interest, again just talk . A gifted Youth Squad - consistently and continuously ignored . He has no love for this club - who by the way rescued him from the scrap heap . Has he achieved some success with us - of course , but he is a self serving arrogant son of a bitch who has no idea how to take us any further. There , I feel better now !"

"Keeping Moyes as caretaker is going to mean no minutes for any of the U21s, and for the likes of Cornet who Moyes has written off as he did with Downes who barely was at the pub for a season Funny that these 2 players were brought in by Sullivan as Newman and Warbarton recommendations Moyes is a great example of someone who will always ""cut his nose to site his face""ù"

Perhaps the 'club' would take notice and do something about it if everyone started going to watch the U21s play rather than the first team...

"Would love to see the nucleus of the U21s (Chesters, Scarles, Orford, Earthy, Marshall and Mubama) play alongside, say, Dinos, Alvarez, JWP and Paqueta... would be a fantastic watch. The U21s are doing fantastic things again this season sweeping all before them... Chelsea, Tottenham, Man Utd and City have all lost heavily in the EFL and are unlikely to progress where as ours are unbeaten and top of their table... it will be criminal if they are neglected to the extent that they all bugger off. As I've said on here before I just hope that Noble and Steidten are working on bringing a youth friendly coach in sooner rather than later."

"When you have promising YOOFS leaving us for Man City saying they have more of a chance of first team football there than they do here, then there's a problem. Pretty much every single youth player that has left recently has suggested it's for the same reasons also. If we don't get at least 1 or 2 players out from this massively successful group of youths we have, then it's been an almighty failure by the club, and especially the manager."

"I think the youths know they have to ply their trade elsewhere to have a chance of making it.... ""Orford praised the U21s tactical set-up and admits he is enjoying playing in a side that is always looking to be on the front foot. ""It's good to play in a team that is always on the ball and looking to attack,""ù he added. ""It's the best type of team to be in as a midfielder."""

"Those are the hard facts Side. I guess Moyes gets media and pundit backing because he's British, been a manager for so long ? He gets a lot of credit in the bank for keeping Everton in the Premiership and finishing many times around the top 8. It was achieved on a limited budget. He kept us up a couple of times. Last season he won something. People in the media are equating this longevity with success or perhaps the ex pro pundits like him around as it's the one link back to their playing days? But tge whole point here is that he has not achieved any real success like say Emery at Villa who won multiple trophies dknedtically and in Europe We have a chance to push onwards and upwards because despite Moyes getting budgets he has never had before he cannot raise his game or the fortunes of the team. Only reason not to pull the trigger asap can only be availability of the right man to take us to the proverbial next level on an ongoing basis. He had 2 league finishes to get us in Europe not 8 or 9 over the last decade and it's highly unlikely we are qualifying next season. Despite a ton of money Moyes has failed to bring us to that next level of consistency and in and around the Euro places last season and almost certainly this The club seem to know it too as no contract renewal is forthcoming. He's the caretaker or night watchmen surely because who we want (Steidten wants and Kretinsky even Sullivan must be wanting?) is not available until the summer ? So we assume it's not Potter unless Potter has said he wants a full preeeason and bring in some players before he starts because even without Moyes we have a few gaping holes in the team and squad"
