Moyes Out ( Released )
"Posted the same last year. Nothing has changed, except win don't win matches anymore. I'm fed up, we can do much better"
Re: Moyes Out
"Well said Russ I agree the performances in the league have never really recovered from Xmas 2021/22. We have achieved some good results before xmas this season but performance with the ball not that much better. Relying on counters and set pieces. Our xG showed the most gials to least chances ratio. So Moyesball with some better flair players. New additons like Kudus now being given special attention and Bowens purple patch dried up. We cant score. It was never sustainable and the root cause is Moyesball, players bought without pace and technique and engines still getting picked as tget are Moyes players like Soucek, JWP Coufal, Zouma and Aguerd and now Phillips. The Steidten signings can run faster and have better technique but also being asked to play low block, sit deep, static Moyesball. Manager needs to be repkaved by a coach who is in lockstep with Steitden. Its so bleedin obvious"
Re: Moyes Out
"While I don't necessarily disagree re Sullivan, Russ, nobody can argue that he hasn't given Moyes the tools with which to achieve some level of success. This current situation rests on Moyes for me but Sullivan is clearly complicit by allowing him to continue, and if he gives him a new deal then he is negligent in the extreme."

Re: Moyes Out
"West Ham supporters were the only people on earth that saw this coming. Which astounds me. Up to now, ex-players, journo's and pundits have all been looking in our direction and asking ""What the fuck do you want?"". Then they roll out the old ""3rd year in Europe, Conference winners, still in two cups, 6th in league...."" Basing everything they say on checking the result on Teletext. Because, believe it or not, this season we have had some good results. How? None of us know, but we have had good results. But for many, the frustration was the performances. Exciting when it occurs, but its so rare, we do sometimes see fast, dominant, attacking football... Although I would say for the most part its been slow, pedestrian, negative and strange hold football. A game designed to secure a point before anything else. Add to that, the poor team selections, poor and late substitutions, poor man management, playing players out of position, it's been a difficult and frustrating season on the whole. But this isn't a recent thing. Performance wise you can track this all the way back to January 2022. Antonio had been off on international duty and came back retarded. And has been piss poor ever since. And the results and performances since then have been sketchy to say the least. We didn't strengthen in that January window and ended up losing against Frankfurt in dismal and pathetic style. The season after was an absolute shambles in the PL which saw us almost relegated with millions of pounds spent that summer and some world class players in our squad. How the fuck we won that Conference trophy was beyond me. But win it we did. And we bathed in the glory as long as we could. But then this season we have gone backwards again with regards to performances, despite some good signings. Moyes excuses ringing loud again and his general lack of competence and coaching inability is there for all to see. And, to rub salt into the wound, exactly like we did in January 2022 transfer window, we have, once again, destroyed our chances of Europa glory and a decent league position. They say you learn from your mistakes. Moyes and Sullivan obviously don't. The only positive out of this is that it now turns the heads of those cretins that in the game that defend him who told us to be grateful. They will be sitting there today saying ""What's happening at West Ham"". Moyes is a dour soul. A man that has to work hard to be happy. A man more in tune with 1990's football. A man that genuinely believes he saved West Ham from doom. Sullivan - A man that has never, ever had the club's fortunes as the front of his plan. And Moyes his perfect foil to run a club at a profit and pretending you want success, when in reality, you are scared of success. They are perfect for each other."
Re: Moyes Out
"That ,hopefully was the nail in the Moyes coffin.Sick and tired of the so called pundits who keep praising him for winning a cup last season and harping back about how he ""saved us"" . Time to look forwards and not back, we should have been building on that success not peddling backwards. I just wish the little one would get rid of him and fuck off himself while he's at it. With the next Europa game up next month I think he will stay on...its going to be real dog shit"
Re: Moyes Out
Seems like the usual media pundits aren't condemning Moyes for this. I recall Mourinho thrown against the wall for less
Re: Moyes Out
"There are posted on kumb that still want him given a new contract... Then there are posters on here sticking up for him. Wd40 thinks he should be absolved of all blame because of last season, a season where he lost 20 league games with Paqueta and Rice in midfield but won a cup against mainly sub Premier league level opposition"
Re: Moyes Out
"When we play like a Moyes team or ""Moyesball""ù we have to win for it to be tolerated. Its as simple as that. Steidten and even Sullivan ( with Paqueta via Newman and Silkman ) has brought players in who can play. But Moyes doubles down on his defensive cautiousness via selections and at the same time wants to try and evolve the playing style. Hes half baked with it and it shows with players not suited to having more of the ball but also some not suited to Moyesball and his low block static, sit deep approach. A complete mess / dogs dinner . But now he will triple down on Moyesball imo to save David Moyes who always comes first. Expect us to lose narrowly at Forest with same team excluding Alvarez who he will bench along with Johnson and Zouma as primary scapegoats. The areas of weakness he has not identified are Soucek and JWP in midfield and Aguerd / Zouma and no striker. Coufal at RB too. He has the Greek who is a Steidten signing, that got dropped for his signing Aguerd, after imo starting to look better and solid against Bournemouth and Brighton. He is far more mobile than Zouma who cannot pass a football and will likely retire in a year or so imo. Thatvwill help but also watch for Antonio being relied on again. Dont be surprised if he drops Kudus for Antonio Central midfield is along with no striker a huge issue. But Soucek and JWP are undroppable for him. They are his sgnings"

Re: Moyes Out
"And whilst we're on it - Fucking Haller scores the winning goal in the AFCON, Scamacca is leading the line for Atalanta who are top 4 in Serie A. Yet that Jock kunt couldn't get a tune out of either of them - Because we're happy to not have the fucking ball or play to the strikers strengths. I think i'm going to have a funny turn this am - i'm so fucked off"

Re: Moyes Out
"You have to remember though - the choices are either Moyes or relegation. Well that's what those kunts in the MSM keep peddling. It's been my major bug bear this season - People who don't watch West Ham on a regular basis, having a strong opinion on West Ham and their fans. Nobody I know who wants Moyes out - and there's a lot now - are deluded - nobody thinks we should be pushing top 4 - near enough everybody accepts we're basically a 7-13th type premier league club - But everybody hates with a passion our 'style' of football - if you can even call it that. No fucking game plan - No fucking pattern of play - It's absolute fucking shit house. Get him out"
Re: Moyes Out
"The more I think about it, the more I think this is an easy decision for someone with Sullivan's ego to make. He can secure an easy win with the supporters by getting rid of him, at very little cost given his contract is up in a few months, and it's safest roll of the dice of all time with relegation not a realistic possibility. Moyes rolls out comments whenever he's under pressure as if we are a yoyo West Brom or Norwich and he's miraculously steadied us into being a Premier League club. We've been relegated from the division twice in its history. He's also been afforded the luxury of players such as Paqueta (£52m), Kudus (£35m) plus Bowen. He had three seasons of Rice. He's been able to buy a holding midfielder from Ajax for £35m odd. Two centre backs at north of £30m each with a back up at £20m. He's then been able to sign a 28 year old set piece taker at £30m, a back up holding midfielder on loan for £5m and £150k a week. A keeper who is our highest earner. He's had access to a £42m striker signing and another one at £35m and couldn't get a tune out of either. With all that considered, he still thinks if it wasn't for his genius we'd be relegation fodder. No West Ham manager has ever had it so good. But he delivered our first trophy since 1980, in a cup that has existed for two years and was designed to give the minnow countries more of a chance. So he fucking should have with what he's had at his disposal."
Re: Moyes Out
"If that don't get rid of him nothing will Pressure needs to start being ramped up on Sullivan to react I don't care who comes in, give it to Noble and Nolan till end of season Just want Moyes gone, yesterday was the first time ever I went to a game and stayed at the bar for the 2nd half Anyone that picks Soucek to play 90 minutes and Ben Johnson LM against Arsenal doesn't deserve to be our manager simple as"
Re: Moyes Out
"We were due and absolute drubbing. Hopefully some of the media can now see what we've all seen for 2 years which is we are a terrible football side who despite having 10 men behind the ball can't actually defend very well. Looks like he's lost the players to me. Bournemouth and now yesterday they looked clueless and didn't work hard. Then Moyes comes out suggesting he takes responsibility then in the same breath blames the players. And what is it with the we saved ""them""ù from relegation. ""Them""ù. The don't has never been one of ""us""ù and that proves it."

Re: Moyes Out
"I think we can discount the nightmare scenario Moyes already has a new contract because he would have announced any normal agreement himself. But if the nightmare is real, then he is keeping quiet for a reason, and that can only be a form clause, like 0 points after 4 consecutive games. Right now though, we can assumed he was offered something like two more seasons and has been dithering. And after yesterday, it's likely Sullivan has taken it off the table."
Re: Moyes Out
"Best moment of our West Ham supporting lives. best three years ever... Why does he always spout this shit after an embarrassing defeat.. It's all he ever does.. You lost 5-0 Dave what do you have to say... ""I beat Man U"" just fuck off you narcissistic cսnt. Oh and a fella on ITBS says there hasn't been any contract talks yet and the board weren't happy when he claimed there had been, let's hope he's right. Nobody at the ground is supporting him, lots of Moyes out shouts... But then again despite what his fanboys claim this has been the case for most of the season.."

"I'm convinced he's already been given a contract but that fucking midget hasn't got the courage to announce while we're shitting the bed. all the youtube channe!s that gatekeep opinion and clearly get fed information directly from that little twat have consistently kept on with this ""I'm sure he'll get a new deal line"", despite the abysmal form. I think it was done before the deadline"

Re: Moyes Out
"Sullivan is only (ONLY) interested in the bread & butter income of Premier League football; 17th every (EVERY) season clearly suits him & his business ""plan"" quite nicely, thank you; he knows exactly the bottom line for that scenario. Cup games are a distraction that fucks up the club's cash flow (away games there's travel & possible accommodation to pay for up front, home games there's additional rent to fork out for use of the stadium). I can't recall Sullivan's comments on the club winning the Europa Conference last (LAST) year. We're most likely safe now unless every team below us goes on some sort of coordinated not-losing streak"
Re: Moyes Out
"Moyes who is self serving in every sense. Does not take accountability and any defeat or disappointing result he employs the art of deflection. A man who looks backward in every sense of the word. He has overseen some progression and success but since his tactics were sussed , we have struggled to progress. Yes some decent results inspired by Paqueta before Xmas and the initial impact of JWP but performances and in possession we were poor in most games, making few chances but had the highest goals to chances ratio in the league. With Bowen now nullified and struggling, our set pieces now better defended the goals have dried up and worse still age and what look like worn out ineffective players continue to play as Moyes has not developed or built a squad. Doesnt bring youngsters thru, doesnt give minutes to more than 13 or 14 players. And without Steidtens recruiting we woukd be relegated thus season. In many ways, it would be better if this winless run continues because that is the only way Sullivan will act sooner than later. 10 games winless? 15 games? Lose against Forest next week ? Surely it cannot continue much longer?"
