Re: Moyes Out
"His use of subs are entirely down to arrogance He is so sure in his mind that every game he picks the team, the tactics, the subs He is physically incapable of change as he is convinced in his head that his way is the right way It's as if he is a failure if he changes it He's a deluded old man He needs retiring"

Re: Moyes Out
"For the life of me I cannot understand why the thick cսnt persists (let alone plays him there full stop) with playing Paqueta out wide when hus best position is centrally, always involved in the game. He would be a constant nuisance to any Defence played centrally but no, the thicko sticks him our attacking genius out wide left and not only that, for most of the game expects him (like everyone else) to chase after the ball, rather than play with it at his feet. Moyes just loves to play players out of position, so much so he even laughably tried Johnson on the left wing in Paquetas absence! Hahaha ha the geezer's a joker."
Re: Moyes Out
"Moyes makes a rod for his own back. He signed JWP and Kalvin Philips without really thinking it through where they would play. So now he's stuck with a very sub standard attack made up of mainly defensive midfielders! Soucek and JWP are not inside forwards FFS! It's just such bad planning by the manager. We allowed Kehrer, Fornals and Benrahma to leave to be able to afford to pay for Philips outrageous wages when as shit as he is Soucek would have done until summer. We have the two best right sided strikers outside of the top teams. so one has to play in a secondary position. We have a superb AM player in Paqueta who gets easily marked out of games on the LW. This is why Moyes has to go. He is fucking clueless."

Re: Moyes Out
Moyes has been incredibly shit with his substitutions all the time he's been here. Every other manager has seemed to grasp the fact that you can make up to 5 subs nowadays. Protecting a 1-0 defeat is a new one. It's gone way beyond the REPSECT THE POINT shit Allardyce served up.

Re: Moyes Out
"Moyes is a gutless, snidey cսnt. His ego is out of control. He is as deluded as he is cowardly. But I do feel sorry for him in some way - I mean, imagine going into work every day knowing that everyone you work with knows you are a snidey useless cսnt. And you have to spend all day every day, lying and bullshitting to people. Covering your mistakes. Reminding people of how good you used to be. Diverting management's eyes away from your own incompetence. Being called out each day to explain why you shoudn't be sacked. And trying to come across as being sincere when, deep down, you actually believe you are the best thing that ever happened to the company. Where people tolerate you. Where you are constantly demanding (and hoping for) respect but cannot do anything to get it. Put this cսnt out his misery."

Re: Moyes Out
"I swear the Prehistoric Gutless Ones tactics are so dated, he still believes he's only permitted to make 1 Sub due to injury and only makes more reluctantly late on in the 99th minute when reminded by the likes of Nolan with his colouring picture book."
Re: Moyes Out
"The only positive I take from last night was how commentators are starting to realise how shit Moyes is. Michael Owen said that he thought Moyes would be happy only losing 1-0. Don Hutchison was perplexed why Moyes wasn't bringing Antonio on with about 20mins to go. Then later he commented that Moyes was obviously playing for a draw which was dangerous. Then when Philips came on for JWP he said he's taking off an attacking midfielder for a defensive midfielder which tells him he's settled for a 1-0 defeat. Then the final straw was Antonio coming on in the last few minutes of extra time when Hutchison said ""I'd have made that change 20 minutes ago. Who knows how that might have changed the game..."""

"Considering wd40 clings on to us winning UEFA's 3 tier trophy as some kind of massive achievement, it's a little surprising he's forgotten we won UEFA's 3 tier trophy in 1999."

Re: Moyes Out
"wd40 11:33 Fri Mar 8 It was 2 years of atrocious football, we have been disgusting to watch to anyone with a set of eyes. Maybe not for the Teletext mob on here, granted. Maybe put your money where your mouth is, and get yourself over the bowl to watch us. I'll even pay for your ticket, and you can go and experience it for yourself. One word will sum up your experience, I'll let you post it up on here afterwards."

Re: Moyes Out
"It was quite funny listening to Hutchison completely change his tune on Moyes as the match unfolded. Everyone who has gives an opinion on Moyes should be forced to watch one of his 90 min borefests beforehand. Up for that challenge, wd40?"
Re: Moyes Out
"Was anyone listening to that cսnt Hutchinson commentating on TNT? Banging on about what a wonderful ""body of work""ù Moyes has at West Ham, as if he's some sort of fucking artist. Cracked me up that the commentators were suggesting we were professional etc etc but how when he brought on Philips for JWP they seemed to be surprised and astounded that we weren't going for it. This is the problem. The media and pundits have this view on Moyes without seeing these things week in week out."
Re: Moyes Out
Done nothing in the last 2 years? Stupid childlike embarrassing comment. Done nothing since 1980 til the last 2 years Bit sad really that's there's no 2nd leg... Oh wait a minute .. Moyes in.

Re: Moyes Out
"it's been clear since he threw the league cup game that his priority, and the only way he'll be retained is qualifying again for europe through the league. any sane manager goes for it last night and tries to get the job done. not that cսnt, now he'll be forced to flog the same players again sunday (in what he sees as the important game) and thursday. why the fuck did he waste those youngsters time taking them over there when he had zero intention of playing them? he can't fuck off sooner, the negative anti football minge"
Re: Moyes Out
I was so bored watching us that I turned over after about 70min. Missed the goal but you could see it coming a mile off. They're probably the worst team left in the competition and we set up like they were Man City. We could have put the tie to bed but instead we have to flog our threadbare squad for another 90min. Possibly longer.

Re: Moyes Out
"I find it really strange that all it takes is one half decent performance against BRENTFORD, who are in appalling form, to make everyone forget 2 years of mostly atrocious football. We are such an appalling team to watch, bonecrushingly boring, for 99% of the time we're on the pitch, bar the odd bit of magic one of our superstars produces to fluke our way to wins, which is mostly what we do. How many fucking times has the same been said over the past 2 years? I'm absolutely praying he goes in the summer, I want to enjoy watching my football team again."
Re: Moyes Out
"Couple of things. 1. Moyesball ""almost"" worked. As much as you can control a 0-0 we were growing in the game and creating a few chances. We really should have scored. BUT the problem with this tactic is that you HAVE to take your chances otherwise the game will sit on a knife edge and there is always a chance the opposition will create a chance - especially with our leaky defence this season. Unfortunately, this is the only way that Moyes knows how to play and his in-game management is not exactly inspiring so he's left himself a job to do next week. I jsut hope this means that it creates a great atmonsphere in the Olympic Stadium as the Seville return leg was one of the best games I've been to in that stadium. 2. I thought Philips was much improved on his previous displays. Looked allot more confortable on the ball, some good tackles and interceptions. Let's hope the first few games were just a blip and now that he's settling and building match fitness we see a decent player in the last few months of the season."
Re: Moyes Out
"When was the last time he made a sub that changed the outlook on the game positively? Yet again another game where he goes to not lose and loses Anyone could see Paqueta was shit last night, take him off. Don't put Soucek in the 10 again. Just hope Emerson is fit for next week or really fear if we can turn it around or not"
Re: Moyes Out
"I thought I'd seen it all from Moyes, but setting up and playing for a 1-0 defeat really was beyond expectations. Moyesball MK2. Freiburg had absolutely nothing about them yet we gave them the ball. Pathetic"

Re: Moyes Out
"I can just hear the cries now from Moyes in Training... ""For fuck sake Lucas, Mohammed and Jarrod you's have just got to attack these crosses with everything you've got once you're in the air, or you'll never fucking score! Aye and again, James...."""
