Only Steidten's signings are the ones that are regular starters at the moment. Yes Moyes gave Mubama game time but it was interesting how Moyes spoke about it when he first called him into playing squad. He spoke not about his link up play or goal scoring as you might expect. He only mentioned how Mubama closed down defenders. International strikers like Haller, Scamacca and Danny Ings have all failed in Moyes tactical isolation of strikers. Mubama didn't shine but are you that surprised? My tactical nuonce is not in question. Moyes' inability to coach possession and attacking football is though. That shows by Moyes wanting players that are best suited to his defensive game plan which is why Benrahma and Fornals were replaced by Phillips in January. Yes we have a sell out stadium because WHU has always been well supported and it's almost a cult. However, the silences are deafening in too many games and often end up broken broken only by boos of displeasure. Have you read the stats on our youth involvement in comparison to other PL clubs? Yet our youth teams are top or 2nd of the reserve league and above the likes of Liverpool that I saw introducing 3 in a recent cup game. And one scored I believe but all played well. It just doesn't add up. So you'll never find a Rio because they would have left like several are already doing. Finally I'm not sure we are steady in the league as we are likely to be going down a few places over the next few weeks. If we do there will be no Europa next season""¶."

We are showing ambition, ready to spend wisely, which is smart, have a youth program that has been invested in and is doing well at youth level, time will tell if there are any Rio's in there. If there is I'm sure we will see them at some point. Steady in the league, players who seem to be thriving and another successful European campaign. Overall I'm optimistic and I'd say Moyes isn't perfect but he is a bit better than good."
