Moyes has had four years to get together a squad yet after all of that time he hasn't got the confidence in any one outside of 12 players to make any substitutions when we are getting down to the business end of the season and are playing two games a week. And that is having been blessed with a pretty injury free season to date. His squad and in game management is surely the worst in the prem... who else would flog their players into the ground with such important games coming up.
