Re: Moyes Out
"Leavemyarselona That's the point, we shouldn't be dreaming about it, instead it should be a reality of playing decent Football and seriously challenging for the Champions League by now. Change your mindset from thinking we are just ""little old West Ham"" like the media, Moyes, rival fans like to always paint us as being. We could be and should be aspiring to be a lot better than just being thankful of winning a new 3rd tier Trophy that intentionally excludes the best Teams whilst playing boing, defensive dogshit Football."

"Nicky Read my comment again. I said he has run his course and it is time for him to move on. However, those knocking what he has done for the club is nothing short of embarassing. Some have short memories. Turncoats in fact"

Re: Moyes Out
"Billy Because our expectations are through the fucking roof, man! How dare we expect our Team to actually play Football instead of Dodgeball like we're allergic to the bloody thing. We're fucking dreamers, mate. Dreaming like we've not been back in the Premier League for over a decade. Dreaming like we ain't been regularly selling out a 60,000+ (as well as Away games) Stadium for 7 years. Dreaming like our finances ain't been as good as it now is. Dreaming like we can now regularly boast shit hot top class signings. So with all that bearing in mind, our expectations of decent Football and seriously challenging for the Champions League like Villa, Newcastle, Spurs do, even off the back of recently winning a Trophy that the other 3 haven't managed in man a year. But for fucking hell sake West Ham fans know your fucking place in the Footballing world order as we should never aspire to be anything more than an also-ran who can only play the most mind numbing Football. Even with everything that's currently going for us..."

"Shut up Nick, or should I say Bill Nich you closet undercover, underhand sneaky Spurs fan in disguise.... ü•∏ ü§®"
Re: Moyes Out
"Had to laugh at my Spurs mate when we chatted on the golf course Saturday. Not happy with their manager either. Accepts the football is better than it was previously but he reckons the bloke has no tactical nous at all. I'm thinking top 4 and attacking football, think we would take that. Mind you they were getting stuffed by the Toon whilst we were talking."

Re: Moyes Out
"I find it absolutely crazy that he still has anyone backing him. It's either a wind up or some cultish thing. Think about what you want from your manager? Cup win aside. - rapport with fans/likeable - nope - accountable - nope - coaches players to get better - nope - forward thinking tactics and ability to flex - nope Then you add the form. 3 prem wins calendar year, shocking results, defending against bottom 3 Fuck win ratio, that includes the many wins we got in Europe against sides that wouldn't even get into the prem. Bloke is past it. This that don't think we can do any better clearly don't follow any other football, which is a shame because our football is about the worst about in the top leagues."

Re: Moyes Out
"leave, I'm not belittling those nights you mentioned but after winning that trophy, and having arguably three (possibly four) elite players in his squad decided to go even more defensive this season. i wouldn't mind if he was good at it, but we've conceded close to two goals a game playing this way. we shouldn't be scared to move on from this turgid football, he's had more money and decent players available to him than any manager in our history yet still can't trust the players. I've no idea how much marco silva has spent but I'm sure it's way less than 400m+, and his team took the piss yesterday"

"Takashi Perhaps he wants to go far in the competition and wants to give us the best chance possible. Wouldn't swap the legs against sevilla, lyon two of the best nights in our recent history for anything. Even Frankfurt away. We were the better team until the scouser got sent off."

Re: Moyes Out
"leave, why is it so important to keep making europe if every time we come up against a decent team he shits himself. same in the domestic cups. he almost three away the conference final, with another defensive display. people want to watch better football, the league position is irrelavant. obsessing about europe is a spurs/arsenal thing"

"BJennings 20/21 - Lingard season 21/22 23/24 - unlikely we will get it now but still challenged for it 3rd rate? I bet you still sing ""champions of europe"" If/what/when/why. We still one the thing. Sad how some fans are turning out like spuds and arsenal fans."

"Massive I agree, he has run his course. But at the same time deserves huge respect, for the job he has done. Football is not what it once was, it is a results buisness now due to the money at stake. Who do you think should be the next manager? My top choice is Gary O'Neil"

Re: Moyes Out
"Leavemyarcelona He hasnt challenged for Europe 3 out of 4 seasons we were 14th last season fighting relegation ... His win percentage since Jan 1 2022 is 33% 30 wins in 89 games, weve only conceded fewer goals than the bottom 3 this season his losing stats are possibly the worst of any modern day West Ham manager... is that not enough to dump him and that 3rd rate Euro trophy was a walk in the park until he nearly buggered it up in the final by sitting back... if Bowen hadn't scored that goal against the run of play we were heading for defeat.."

Leavemyarcelona 3:16 Mon Apr 15 You need a load more lipstick for that pig of yours. His record against the bigger teams is undeniably shit.
