"Yeh, that is my sentiment also, but the more I allow myself run at it, the more I think there is an outside chance. 39 years old having only managed in Portugal, Liverpool may well see it as too high risk. Only really Chelsea take that sort of punt historically. He may see it as a way to get exposure, or use it as a shop window/stepping stone to a bigger Premier League job while getting a significant uplift in salary by doing it.
