I wasn't into grunge or tramps in general...but Cobain had something about him that transcended all that.
Thats can be the beauty of music I guess...you can appreciate and admire artists that you have nothing in common with...but something resonates.
Pink Floyd a prime example
i can't stand them as individuals, but the Pulse performance of "Comfortably Numb" is superb
