Got to stop Watkins who is scoring every game. If he picks Cresswell again we will need Kudus doubling up on Bailey as he did excellently with Doan last night who is Freibergs best attacking player. Dont think he shoukd risk Zouma against especially against the speed of Watkins etc but cannot have Aguerd playing and he wont play Ogbonna Antonio upfront with Bowen and Kudus. Moyes will play the same starting 11 as he doesnt have or use a squad This season we seem to show promise in a couple of games only to fall on our arse next game. Wonder if we can get a run going this time or were Freiberg just not that good ? once again we ask if we “turned a corner”’ or is it back to being consistently inconsistent?

Last match before international break so no need to rest anyone. I’d be tempted to give Philips a start on the basis that he will be needed against Leverkusen and we somehow need to get him to play himself into form. Don’t know when the U21s play again but I’d play him in those as well if we can… he needs to play as much as possible.
